Thankfully Scarborough suffered a similar fate today so now face a tricky away game Tuesday.

Scarborough were away today, their replay on Tuesday is at home

    Attendance – 599

    How many were away supporters?

I’d have thought more home supporters would have shown up?

Their home attendances are consistently below 130, in the previous round it was 126. I’d have expected a larger home turnout to see a game Vs the highest ranked team in this round.

Back home from the game. A hard fought victory, but you’d take it all day long. The 3 centre backs must have headaches with the amount of high balls they had to deal with. It wasn’t obvious that Curzon are part time, they kept going until the end. I sat next to George Aitkenhead, he told me that Curzon’s playing budget is approx £300k.

Newcastle under Lyme. Posher Stoke. Though the old Victoria Ground was nearby if memory serves.

Yeah, it’s fairly close to where the old Victoria Ground was located, not too far from the Bet365 stadium either. Just been on their website, they’re excited about the tie, as you’d expect. They’re hoping that it will be televised.

I really enjoyed listening to it, Michelle has done a phenomenal job in reducing the debt.

71-72 Fletcher had a great season, after Keegan had left.

They’ve been throwing money around ever since Savage and the other owners took over. Emile Heskey has joined the backroom staff too.

Yeah it’s in Crosby. Plastic pitch, they’ve spent a few quid on the facilities, they made a fair amount of money from their televised cup tie Vs Tottenham a few years ago.
