The head of commercial has posted that he’s left the club and prepared to stack shelves, serve street food or work in a call centre instead of working in sport.
Claims he’s been shafted.the Judge will also have to consider how much Hilton has paid in Tax owed during Swanns final weeks, players and staff wages from before he took over SNOT, plus any other missing details, also why Swann put the ground and land in his name in the first place, we just want it sorting out as quick as possible.
I disagree Mick,it’s a commercial law court, nothing whatsoever to do with how much Hilton claims to have paid to god know who else.
It’s about a contract and nothing else!Swann owns a stadium and land.
Swann and Hilton exchanged contracts where Hilton agreed to buy it.
Hilton didn’t honour the contract by not paying.
Swann demanded his money.
Hilton is squatting on the land using “loopholes” he’s dreamt up.
I only see a judge making one decision.I have no legal experience but this is not a magistrates court with people making decisions based on whether football fans will be able to watch their team in a new season or whether the players will be able to earn their wages.
It surely will be a judge ruling on the legalities of a contract signed between two parties.I’m certain the judge won’t be interested in any he said/he said, only what’s legally binding.
We don’t know what was agreed on paper in January, I’m certain the judge will and make a judgement on what’s legally binding. You can’t beat a good pint of mild. Difficult to find these days!!
Rudgates ruby mild on regularly in the Malt Shovel.
If you can find a Sam Smiths pub still open they serve a good mild.Shame he didn’t change his name to Shilton.
Seconds out, round one in Leeds at the end of this month.
Think we need to look at training on 4g more
Give over!
Don’t you be giving Hilton those ideas again.I know but your miserable
My miserable what?
I assume you meant “You’re” not “your”
Which just shows you’re not only a troll but illiterate as well.Being sceptical of Hilton does not equal not being happy about a win for the team, but I realise that might be a bit beyond you. Though I am pleased to see how being a ‘positive fan’ means just sniping at others and not actuallysaying anything positive about the result.
Absolutely spot on.
He doesn’t offer anything to the forum, only posts he makes are sniping at other posters.
He’s a troll.Club fines on the way.
Scunthorpe “fans” pitch invasion and smoke flares thrown.

Hopefully the police clamp down and the lot of them get Football banning orders.
Give them a few hundred hours community service to be carried out every time Scunthorpe play.2 users thanked author for this post.
Only bother I’m hearing about is that we’re still playing like we have for the past 5 seasons.
Wilfreda Beehive
Thanks, that dispels a rumour that was being touted around a certain social media platform.
With the going on over the past few months, some rumours baseless some not I didn’t expect to be seeing the team play today, but we are and I’m as pleased that we are as are thousands of others.
I may be sceptical of our owner but certainly not so of our players.
That said, up the Iron and here’s to 3 points by 5pm today.1 user thanked author for this post.
One day people will remember what supporting a football team actually means.
Are you suggesting that asking questions is somehow not supporting the team?
If you are, you need help.1 user thanked author for this post.
There’s a guy in malt shovel who will be glad to give you this information. So the rumour has it
Not only are you getting repetitive Don, you’re boring as well.
Stick to the Queen Bess or clear off back to Egypt with my next door neighbour.1 user thanked author for this post.
At kick off, would someone confirm that we are playing in kit and not skins please?
😂Laughing at your own poor attempts at humour says a lot about you.
There is a good reason for me asking the question I have asked.
It would be to either dispel or confirm another rumour.
Rather than just post the rumour I was hoping for confirmation first, is that difficult for you to understand?Another rumour survived.
The dawn of a new day, a new season and undoubtedly… a new rumour.
What will todays rumour be?Another rumour hasn’t survived though has it?
We aren’t playing at GP today. And your in the sceptical group SNOT? Mmmm.
I was and still am as far as Hilton is concerned, although I’m moving from concerned to worried.
As far old man Nally, reading his pathetic ramblings today and knowing about his sons despicable actions I would be happy if I never see or hear from either of them again.I know old man Nally is getting on but FFS will someone send for his career.
He’s embarrassing, nearly as embarrassing as his son who was arrested and convicted for drinking and driving and assaulting an emergency worker who attempted to stop him.
Strange family. What the messiah St Simon not being believed whatever next!
Where has anybody saying that Simon Elliott is not believed?
Stop making things up to suit your own agenda! Why would cash be a problem when supporters have been frequently told it isn’t an issue? When we’ve been told it’s not the reason the stadium deal has not been completed? When supporters have banged on about having seen proof of funds and put down and ridiculed others who’ve been critical? I ask because something’s not adding up. Fair point, I believe.
I only know of one supporter who has publicly claimed to have seen proof of funds and that is Simon Elliott, who is conspicuous by his absence.
There may be others who claim to have seen them but I’m not aware of any.Deerey, seeing as you mentioned old man Nally, he logged in around 20 times yesterday but never made a single comment on any thread, so there is a god.
I fear public relations are not uppermost in our current leaders mind.
He only interacts with the cult of Dave on Facebook with those who worship him, whilst on another platform burner accounts using his name are making outrageous false claims directed at any supporter who dares to question what’s going on at the club.1 user thanked author for this post.
With all due respect Deereyme, the above info came out late yesterday, 64 started a thread, it was cryptic but not so cryptic if you knew what was behind it.
I fear the attendance cap at GP will only be a minor issue compared to more news to emerge.2 users thanked author for this post.
There was a National league meeting yesterday, I suspect the club were high on the agenda.
I know you’re in a different time zone but you should stay up today and keep an eye out for the news to come out from the club.
One thing that is common knowledge now is that the S.A.G.have slapped a 2000 capacity cap on GP for the coming season, although that won’t matter as we no longer have any stewards. -
