Will make a great understudy to the experienced keeper we need, surely we have learnt from last year. Most likely not, hill was a central defender did he play in front of a school kid?

Yes plenty of time for the loanee bus to rumble into town with two or three jumping off at glanford park. You no the ones..been on our radar a long time, shown a lot of promise ,highly thought of,and a third team goalkeeper under twenty years of age. Oh how that whispering will start in the changing room.

We should not be worrying about loanees, hill build has been on going for many months now.Ever since he could not manage the players he had at his disposal, and gave up on the league.I’m sure many building blocks have been laid, but the mortar maybe not the right mix.

Annoys me that so many goalies are willing to sit on a bench taking a wage rather than playing.careers are short such a waste of talent

Keeping himself in employment,I thought he was the man for the job as I have said before but I remember the Oldham game 1-0 up at half time this was to be the catalyst of our survival, second half ,Sheridan played the little midfielder back a bit and brought on a different striker. The midfielder changed the game ,he ran midfield,hill-on the sidelines just stroked his beard, sipped his coffee and chatted to the fourth official he seemed unable to work it out, obviously we lost and I expect the changing room to be gutted.I thought after that win Sheridan would have got Oldham out of trouble but something must have gone wrong there too.Don’t think the Scunthorpe- hill partnership will attract many players

Hill build must have hit some rocky ground, footings seem to be taking some doing. He doesn’t have the luxury of picking up players ,journeymen or budding youth from closer Lancashire teams.we have always struggled to attract players here, and now a non league outfit even harder.especially with no money.

Bad news all round,Wrexham will throw more money at it next year, only if our chairman and manager realised it was easier to stay up rather than getting out the conference. Unless that was the plan !!
