Can Scunthorpe United Recover From Their Financial Turmoil?
The most hated word in football?
Do you think that we will make it to seasons end?
Or
Do you think we will be expunged?
That’s three.
Flyposting?
Pay all the playing staff.
Pay all the coaching staff.
Pay all the office staff.
Pay all CCJs.
Pay all debts.
Pay the taxman.
Pay the academy staff.
Pay those made redundant.

Yeah, we were on fire!
PFA?
Their insurance protection policies?
Courts?
Employment tribunal?Interesting if it’s true.
We slip down to fourth.
Two points from top but with the monsoon game in hand.4 games since we last won.
4 games since we last scored more than a solitary goal.Att: 1,711, I think I just heard.
Obviously WHAM didn’t sing this but they may as well have done:
This is worth a read. Lovely post by Rob Dancer on our Scunthorpe United Group Facebook page. He and many fans like us have been and are proud to be Scunthorpe United through and through, supporters of a great Club.
Hope him and his children have a great time at Chorley today
Isn’t it a terrible shame that these fly’y nightLink?
Chorley 2-1 Scunthorpe
A goal each for Hazelhurst & Johnson.

I took the draw at 5/2.
17/10 a Chorley win.
13/10 a Scunny win.
25/10 the draw.and if you haven’t seen his Rolls Royce that must have cost a fortune.
Rolls eyes.
I was in the casino last night.
Rolling dice in order to strike it lucky and save the club.
Then, my alarm clock woke me up.
Well, actually; the roosters in the next field.
————————————————-They threw me out of the club
The club I built with my own two hands
They threw me to the streets
Into the streets where all the gangs hangI always liked Griff Rhys Jones.

Do you live in Kansas Rene?
Some may say that I’m “way out west” – but in reality and physically I’m a couple or three time zones in front of Scunny & Cleggy.

Well, actually; the roosters in the next field.I didn’t know Hilton was a developer, but deals in property, also why has he spent all this money trying to get back into the National League, to me nothing makes sense what is happening at the club but I think rightly or wrongly a lot of people are jumping to conclusions and looking at the worst scenario, and if you haven’t seen his Rolls Royce that must have cost a fortune.
You migrated to our “D&C” cohort?
Doubters & Cynics.True… but that’s the problem. Too many led by their hearts and not their heads.
To be honest, I’d rather be guillotined than suffer a death of 10,000 lashes.
Better to get it over with, move on and start again.
A “new” reformed club, perhaps headed by Simon & Ian but essentially a community club.
It wouldn’t be the end of the world starting out at Level 9.
At least the town would still have ITS football club.Mr Gullible.

Ain’t the wage bill about £150k a month?
Just to pay that, 3,000 fans would have to set up a DD of £50 a month. It is nevergoing to happen Rene, fans are plowing enough of their hard earned money in as it is, the club cannot be kept by extra fans donations, owners have made such a bloody mess of things, and supporters will not fund these owners many errors after being fed for years with lies after lies, the dark situation i that our club is not only bankrupped, but also heavyly in debt, and have no assets whatso ever. The club owe money to many people and also the Tax Office, and god knows who else.
EXPECT MORE BAD NEWS OVER THE NEXT TWO OR THREE WEEKS YOU REMAINING SUPPORTERS, SADLY.
Exactly.
WHAM won’t find a buyer – apart from debt the club is worthless.
Who in their right mind is going to buy debt with no foreseeable return?

Has this guy just started posting? it seems odd that I’ve not seen him before and even odder that he’s a lot” braver” in his accusations than the Athletic yet supposedly hiding behind them.
Me?
“We need to be braver” – Cox.
1,180 tickets allocated to us.
Is there an appetite for it this weekend?
How many have we sold? Are the board the acolytes?
