Curzon 1-3 Darlo
Great equaliser by Curzon. Good strike from distance by Hatfield to go 2-1 up.
Hatfield looks effective as the sitting midfielder.
Look like 4-1-3-2 ?Big name on the bench

Midas touch at the moment!
I’m really looking forward to this game tonight. He’s got them playing some good football.
Did we miss a trick on Saturday?

Klipity’s had enough of stu begging as well he said it was one of the reasons for leaving Liverpool.
Got to be right up there as a nomination in the competition for funniest post of the year?

Interesting stat.
New manager accrues almost 2/3rds of Darlo’s points this season in just a couple of months.Butterfield made ‘team of the week’

No, they’ve suddenly learned how to score goals!
They maybe missing three or four players who started on Saturday due to injuries.

It’s EIGHT games since we last scored in the first half of a league game.
Patience is a virtue.
The 2-2 draw with Chester moves us on to nine games without scoring in the first half.
They’ve only scored in the first half in 3 out of their last 10 games.

The band will strike up if they keep us at bay!
Ref is 26 years old and dished out 3 yellows per game (average). Hasn’t red carded anyone this season.
He was on piecework on Saturday.
Darlo 3-1 Banbury

No, they’ve suddenly learned how to score goals!
Blimey, you’re right!
It won’t be as straightforward as it initially looks on paper.I’ve just looked at their recent form:
Last 4 games:
4th Darlo P4 W3 D0 L1 GF7 GA5 GD+2 Pts9
11th Iron P4 W1 D2 L1 GF4 GA4 GD0 Pts5Last 6 games:
5th Darlo W4 D0 L2 GF11 GA7 GD+4 Pts12
17th Iron W1 D3 L2 GF5 GA6 GD-1 Pts6Last 8 games:
10th Darlo W4 D0 L4 GF12 GA10 GD+2 Pts12
17th Iron W2 D3 L3 GF7 GA7 GD0 Pts9Last 10 games:
10th Darlo W5 D0 L5 GF14 GA11 GD+3 Pts15
16th Iron W3 D3 L4 GF8 GA9 GD-1 12PtsLast 12 games:
8th Darlo W6 D0 L6 GF15 GA13 GD+2 Pts18
13th Iron W4 D4 L4 GF12 GA11 GD+1 Pts16They don’t do draws.
Looking at that lot, they are quite likely to score 2 goals, we’ll probably score 1 goal.
Will it be a case of ‘after the parade?’
Not surprisingly, the shortest priced correct scorecast is 1-1 @ 5/1Sadly:
Darlo 2-1 Iron (14/1)I think Saturday was just a case of ‘papering over the cracks’
I can see ‘normal service’ resuming tomorrow evening with players reverting to type.

Think you will find we play them on Saturday 9th March Rene.
Am pretty sure of the date as it is what they call a significant birthday and I am still debating with myself if spending most of it travelling up and down to Bishops Stortford is a good idea.
Absolutely, 2 plus 7 = 9
God knows why I put 11th11 consecutive defeats.
Tuesday 5th March v Chorley
12 on the bounce?Saturday 11th March v SUFC
13 on the bounce?
Or, lucky for some?Chorley are at Bishop’s Stortford Tuesday evening.
That should be 3 points in the bag for them.
True. Shortest straw wins next week?
They are away at Warrington on Saturday.
So that should be 11 defeats on the spin.
Then, they host us.Poor sods. 11 loses on the bounce.
Was his last goal on Boxing Day?
