No offence Rene, but I hope you’re ten quid poorer tonight!
Absolutely… me too :-)
Bookies see it as a home banker:
Iron 1/3
Draw 18/5
Hoops 13/2His older brother Callum was with us as a schoolboy, apprentice & pro.
Dec wasn’t offered an Apprenticeship… strangely enough.Dec scored a Messi-esque third for Gainsborough in their 3-1 win over Morpeth:
A couple more for Dec in the 2-2 draw at Ilkeston:
Cox would describe Dec’s goal as ‘being brave’
Howe & Butroid the goal scorers.
Well the votes are kinda in !!!!
We were not informed about the name of the investor, but they done checks and they are not ideal but are acceptable.
We were asked to vote to allow the board to issue shares etc and bring investment. In the end a vote was approved for the board to return when the members have being given more information including safe guards !!! The vote was about 30 % completely agaist and 70% wanting more info.
See what happens next !!!
Unbelievable.
An owner with no name?
Basically voting blind.
Hitler, Attila the Hun, Kim Jong Un, Mother Theresa, Florence Nightingale, Warren Buffet
It’s all in the name!

Yes
Can’t score
Can’t pass
Can’t create enough chances
Can’t defend
Can’t select a ‘to win’ strategy
Can’t select a winning formation

I’d come and set up 4-2-3-1
4 defenders
2 screening midfielders
3 midfielders
1 forward
Hope to snatch a 1-0Eerily similar team set up to your mate Jimmy Dean.
Certainly wouldn’t be panicking ripping up formations yet, but adjustments need to be made. Wing backs higher up and a new midfield pairing would be my suggestion; Scales/Clunan just aren’t cutting it for me at the minute and we’ve got 3 capable lads waiting to take that spot.
No Cliff. If I was Oxford, I’d set up 4-2-3-1
Jimbob was never on my Christmas list.
Dec has netted 9 times already this season.
Will he surpass last seasons tally?I’d come and set up 4-2-3-1
4 defenders
2 screening midfielders
3 midfielders
1 forward
Hope to snatch a 1-0FA Cup
Oxford 2-3 Gosport“There’s something that the Iron want you to know…
Our number 9, give him the ball and he’ll score every time
Si Señor
Give the ball to Harrison and he’ll score!”Another debut goal for the deadly sharpshooter!
Get him back!
We need goals!47 goals during his two year Apprenticeship with us.
Lad looks good enough to me!
Go on Rodders, you know it makes sense!
Massive 3 weeks coming up for before we play Chester and that’s taking for granted we’ll roll over Oxford city, time for Michelle and co to bring in at least 3 new players in preferably 2 strikers and a winger if the fans can see we’ve now lost the plot surely they can, people will now be looking at a draw at Chester as a good result.
Get them wheels back on the bus Butler, manager of the month for October nothing else will do.
After Oxford it’s ten games in, I said for me I wanted Scunthorpe to be up there and they are ✓ or at least look has though we look like a title winning team but that’s miles off. A Chester loss and for me it’s bye bye Butler.Unless we plummet to the depths of the table then I can see him here until the end of the season.
Let’s just go and win the league.
At least we can now try and concentrate on the league.
I’m listening to Ollie Turner on Freeview, but it’s still grim
It’s grim here too.
25 degrees at 18:12 don’t make it any better.G 2-0 S @ 33/1
Strange innit… our first defeat of the season immediately followed the two games against Newcastle Town.
Winning this league is all that matters.
We don’t need distractions.47 goals during his two year Apprenticeship with us.
Lad looks good enough to me!
