I’m thinking a draw.

So IF we signed Howe where does Whitehall/Beestin/Carlton fit in?
Provided their fit of course.
Howe 13 goals this season
SUFC:
Roberts 5
Beestin 3
Boyce 3
Whitehall 3
Barrows 2
Scales 2
Evans 1
Fishburn 1
Nicholson 1
OG 1Goals are spread out this season, last season Whitehall had a nice chunk of our goals
Also Howe is in a league below us too.

I feel it’ll be 1-1 (£5 @ 8/1)
I’ll take 0-1 (£5 @ 20/1) too… just in case our forwards maintain their outstanding form… lolEcstatic to have lost!
It’s looking more and more that way.
Same old, same old.Except under Dean last season we acquired nil points from trips to Chester, Curzon and Brackley whereas, as was pointed out in yesterday’s post match interview, under AB we have acquired 7 points from the same group of fixtures this season.

A different sized wheel at each corner.
It’s going to be a wibbly wobbly journey!I’m positive we need to go 4-4-2

Same old, same old.Is he injured?
Didn’t make either squad today.Any suggestions guys?
Seals 2-0 Iron
We can’t score.
They’ll be on it!Nor can they!
Duller than ditchwater.Academies too costly and won’t get one till we gain league status again.
And who in the right mind would want Draws back again.
He’ll be on good moolah, pension and a company car with the EFL as an area manager.
So much easier to be an assessor than an assessee.
Would you return?Olé football / Pepball from Gainsborough in a pre-season friendly.
Bottesford 1-4 Gainsborough
17 passes – goal – Olé
Time for the employer to have a word with the employee and inform him that we aren’t impressed with his work methods and that we need to be more positive, productive & entertaining?
Time for change! Not manager but ‘systems’1 user thanked author for this post.
‘Other forwards are available…’
Of course…
Dec’s on the doorstep, Donny lad playing just down the A159.
Whom will you champion?

More fox in / out of the box!
Right foot, left foot, head…Let’s have him before someone else realises he’s a natural born goal scorer!
Fox in the box?
If this was Messi or Ronaldo everyone would be raving!
Good luck to Trinity, I’d say they have a fair chance of making R2 having drawn Hednesford.
Is Declan any relation to Callum Howe?
Probably going to be a tougher game against Hednesford, the next moneybags of non league who defeated Gateshead.
Are Hednesford throwing sacks-full of cash at it then?
A great club, I hope they have a fantastic FA Cup run:
“Trinity were elected to the Football League in 1896, and the first League match at the ground was played on 12 September 1896, with 2,000 spectators watching a 1–1 draw with Manchester City.
The record attendance for a Football League match at the Northolme was set on 29 April 1911, when 5,600 saw Trinity beat Chelsea 3–1.
Gainsborough were voted out of the Football League at the end of the 1911–12 season, and returned to the Midland League. The ground’s record attendance of 9,760 was set for a Midland League match against local rivals Scunthorpe United in the 1940s”
I agree with everything that’s been said on this Forum about this young man, but I’m afraid you have more chance of seeing a pig flying over The Attis Arena than see this young man play there for Scunthorpe United. All the usual excuses for not signing him will be trotted out or there will be complete silence on the matter. An NL or a League 2 club will take a punt and 5 years from now he will be banging them in at a much higher level. And we will be left with what might have beens.
I can envisage Doncaster, Lincoln or Grimsby swooping in for him.
Enjoyed the listen and the whole panel spoke /answered excellently.
It appears there are funds available to sign players…
Howe & Butroid… Jackson too whilst we’re at it.
Do you have the link!
Paddy Power have us as slight favourites to win:
Chester 64/40
Draw 96/40
Scunthorpe 55/40Has the 500 ticket allocation sold out?
If we were to get him (Howe), we could rework this little ditty:
2 nice finishes for Howe, lovely follow in on the near post for Butroids goal and then a nice cross into the box for the 4th.
Certainly nice pass and go football. Well done Russ Wilcox.
It seems that they are playing some nice free flowing football that’s effective & productive.
The best of luck in the First Round Russ.Good luck to Trinity, I’d say they have a fair chance of making R2 having drawn Hednesford.
Is Declan any relation to Callum Howe?
Brothers. Callum is at York City.
Not interested.
Not watched them since the 2010 WC. -
