Don’t get two excited, they are guaranteed a win in two weeks as we never turn up for local derby’s.
I really don’t understand….
1) Young full back growing in confidence & stature with every game, so he drops him??? 🤪
2) Performances improve in last three games by playing 442, so we revert to a formation that provided dire results earlier in the season!!! 🤯
Best tenner I’ve spent all season, not the best side, but I enjoyed it because we played as a team & looked comfortable.
2 wins from 2 games; another 36 wins & we will be champions!
UTMI!
Early on in the season teams were scoring against us without working too hard.
We’ve now made it even easier for them by giving our opponents stupid penalties!
I have never witnessed such consistently dire defending.
I’ve woken up today with a strange feeling……
I am optimistic that we will comfortably win 2-0 on Sunday, with an entertaining display!
Think I need to go back to bed & call the doctor!
UTMI!
Using the stats our esteemed keeper, Sorry Waton, had a good game.
The U’s had 8 shots on target and only managed to score 5 goals.
That means he must have made three saves.
Remarkable!!!!
Personally I would give it to Lex Lamb, the telegraph’s chief sports writer.
He seems to have all of the answers…..
Tried to fool us today by going in front early, before then giving up.
Plenty of players, no quality, tactically inept, lacking leadership.
It’s about the quality of singings, not the number….
Carlisle win was unplanned & unexpected as nobody imagined Watson having the game of his life.
Managed relegation back on track today with another defeat.
Just listened to clueless Cox on blunderside.
Obviously doesn’t fancy McAtee or Eisa; give McAtee 60 mins if he wants to get him match fit!
I predict it will end in tears by Xmas.
Absolutely shambolc!
Previous managers have got sacked for better than what is being served up at present……..
I’ve had enough, going to find something else to do on a Saturday afternoon….
too many poor goals conceded, with teams not having to work hard to score against us, whilst we carry absolutely no threat up front.
Last week we were fortunate that Watson had a blinder.
Completely agree DSGM.
Might help if we had our best player not sat on the bench…..
Looking at today’s team I think the plan is managed relegation.
No Eisa, MacAtee or Colclough.
Up the Iron!

I will predict what will happen on Sat now:
1) we will play pretty, but ineffective football between the two penalty boxes
2) the ifollow audience will be perplexed by both the formation & players not being played in their strongest positions
3) Carlisle will have two semi-decent chances, which our defenders & keeper will stand and watch as the ball ends up in the net.
4) The Carlisle keeper will be under employed as we fail to get a shot on target.
Me being the optimist though, I’m hopeful that somebody will score another ‘worldy’ out of nothing!
Apologies, my understanding is that football was cancelled at the SVS a few seasons ago…….
The only thing on display since then has been turgid dross!
We are extremely poor, but on a positive note, looks like that lot down the road are even worse!
Maybe they need a new keeper; wonder if they fancy Watson!
Three matches in & the pre-season optimism has completely evaporated.
We have an inexperienced, unbalanced squad with no spine down the middle.
Keeper, shambles; cb’s poor; cm weak & unimaginative. Only Loft looks capable, but he lacks a partner.
Bring on the 2-0 win today!
To be entertained would be an improvement!
Top half……..of bottom two
20 mins gone; already worried!
Different season, same issues……
Can’t defend, toothless upfront.
Nice to see a bit more endeavour compared to the last competitive game at the SVS.
