it may be a cunning plan to run the club down and make Glanford Sands Siro Park into a housing estate.

Well if we are not announcing signings he must be either embarrassed or he knows the fans won’t say wow.

I can’t remember but doubt it, I can only remember getting drunk once and I said never again, I used to like a beer but knew my limitations.

I went to Hillsborough to watch Argentina play Switzerland and West Germany play Uruguay, paid on the gate to watch Argentina and bought a ticket that same night to watch Germany, and didn’t have to queue.

I’ve got to agree with Awaywego and didn’t have a clue what Iron-awe was on about, but found it funny and some parts were true.

Semi finals had no spectators, I watched quite a bit of the Ballymena v Coleraine s/f game, its a start but you thought it could have been 1000 each.

the problem is Ferrite most are living in the real world, can’t you remember the Grimsby game, not one shot on target all game, and wasn’t it 2 goals in 4 home game with Russ in charge.

you certainly can’t play Russ’s negative style of football with kids, there will be a few hammerings I am afraid.

Well I have seen every home league game at The Sands Siri since it was built, but I am not very enthusiastic in renewing for next season, not sure what will happen at the start of season and what will happen to the club or division.

you don’t need to break the Bank to get a more exciting m Manager, Coach yes Manager No Russ takes boring football to the next level, if you are playing teams from the Premier League you expect to play with caution, but not against teams below you in the League.
Regarding players we will have to see who we sign but at the moment we have only one experienced defender and a goalkeeper who doesn’t fill you with confidence though he is capable he never seems to improve on his weaknesses, forwards and attacking midfielders we are not too bad, but defensive midfield we have no experience, but it’s no good having decent attackers when the Manager likes to sit deep for long periods of a match exciting only the opposition supporters.

Russ is supposed to be a excellent coach, but regarding tactical play on a match day doesn’t fill you with confidence with looking forward to going to a game, so with a young team in league 2 I think it will be a long season, and even worse if we sell 2 or 3 of our better players who are still here.

Spot on Darren, we tried that 2 years ago and look where it got us, Russ shouldn’t manage the first team after the Grimsby fiasco when we offered nothing and he hadn’t a clue when we went behind, and signing all young players without balance of experience could be total disaster, it’s OK saying Crewe had a young team but they had half a dozen experienced lads as well.
