Anyone know of anyone who has a ticket that now cannot go? I’m sure nearer the time some might become available but trying to tie it in with a weekend away with the family
The pressure is off now, we’re probably not expected to catch them, we won’t drop out the playoffs so let’s take the handbrake off and go for it.
The midfield three hasn’t worked for some time now, Scales doesn’t seem to be involved half as much now. How many times last night the three of them were in the same 5 yard square when we did get the ball we’re playing two yard passes and getting pressed by 3 or 4 players. When we get the ball down and try and play, there is one pass available, no one shows for the ball, and when they get it they have their back to goal and play the ball back to where it came from
Last night should’ve seen Whitehall up top, Elliot and DSF either side. Pace would’ve hurt them last night2 users thanked author for this post.
Great to see the whole squad on the pitch at the end. See Clunan was missing. He’s been at every game while injured but not there today. As he’s club captain I’m hoping there’s a genuine reason he wasn’t there but can’t help thinking he may have left. Anyone know? Would be a disaster if so as I think our midfield has really missed him.
Clunan has not left , he is still injured but add to that his wife has just given birth, JD commented on this in his last interview before he went in for surgery.
Thanks for this missed that information. That’s a relief

A load of masked up hoodies, mainly kids who had walked down from town, running onto the pitch, breaking the law? And then people complain that stewards have handcuffs. Been a steward for the money they’re getting…not for me. They stop or try to stop idiots getting on the pitch and risk getting hit or worse.
The atmosphere is toxic, as I said the other week against Barrow, and all it does it put off young families and those who feel unsafe who just want a day out at the football. Yes it’s rubbish what’s happening now. But I don’t remember any protests when we were chucking money at It to get into the championship, which ultimately has put us in this position as the money ran out fast
I walked through a group of these youths with hoodies up and wearing masks after the game near Costa Coffee, they were being told to shove off by the police. Thing is most of them only appear to be spotty little herberts barely wet behind the ears, not saying they can’t cause aggro when in a gang but how much is gang bravado and actual intent? If they were confronted in just ones and twos I’m guessing most would scarper back home to Mum.
Yeah they were them! Must’ve walked the same way I did out. As much as I agree they’re all talk it’s still off putting if you’re taking a young family or elderly people

I thought it looked really harsh in real time.
Having seen a photo still of the impact though – it looks significantly worse, almost to the extent it looked like a different challenge!
He went in over the top of the ball studs raised and made full on contact with the players shin.
On that evidence it was dangerous play and a straight red – so the ref got it right.
Having seen the same still image my opinion changed from calling it a joke to now saying absolutely correct decision. I think Grants leg has bounced off the ball as he’s stretched out. Still think the referee was poor and that’s one of the few decisions he got correct.
First time I’ve been this season, and I have to say it was not as bad as I expected and I came away looking forward to going again.
The team but an effort in, and there were positive signs. However, our centre was soft and we were caught out once or twice, but our keeper was not worked hard.
We need to get the ball down and play more, we had some nice glimpses of this and we looked better when doing it. I thought they were a big physical team, but were poor and were not really looking to play but more lump it and use their height advantage. Their chances were more from our mistakes(except the goal)Beestin poor first half, better when deeper, Kenyon miles off fitness wise, some good performances and some positive sign

We’ve a squad of 30ish? Named a squad of 16 today, couldn’t four more have just said they needed to “self isolate? “
And what are the rules regarding management cover? Think Josh Lillis was in charge at Barrow the other night. Seems getting a game on is more important than restricting the spread of the virus
Neither at the game tonight as well as one player who has tested positive and another who is isolating due to been in close contact
Yeah a lot of Lincoln fans were sad to see him go, I think he was released like we released our out of contract players to trim the wage bill due to the uncertainty of lockdown and the season ending. So money might be an issue and he had a few injuries (one of them was when Gilks went there) but if he came on a short term pay as you play deal it could work. Apparently he’s be training with Rotherham but nothing seems to have come of that
Is Josh Vickers still a free agent? Can’t see he’s signed anywhere. Goalkeeper who left Lincoln last season was number one for a few seasons
