September 21, 2023 at 8:47 pm in reply to: So. Either DH Has Put Loadsa Money Into The Iron or He Has Not. #273063If and its a massive IF he has put £1million in the club,he should still have £2 million at least left having not had to pay for the ground which he had promised he would do
September 20, 2023 at 1:54 pm in reply to: So. Either DH Has Put Loadsa Money Into The Iron or He Has Not. #272920Would it be fair to say we have received £1 million into the club since DH arrived?..With 1899/100 club, season tickets,14 match days, friendlies, sponsorship, merchandise etc..If so how much has multimillionaire DH actually put in?..Plus he’s £3 million up with not paying Swann
Not just fraud I believe its a criminal offence
There is one point that all of you have overlooked, including Hilton.
From The Athletic:
“In a case that started at Nottingham Crown Court in late 2014, Anderson was also disqualified from being a company director for five years after pleading guilty to 15 charges.”
Yet Hilton became a director in the following businesses:
Reality Management Ltd – appointed 21/11/17
Advent Corporation Ltd – appointed 21/11/17
Centrepoint Marketing Ltd – appointed 21/11/17
Stratton Enterprises Ltd – appointed 21/11/17
Maxwell Cohen Ltd – appointed 28/06/18
Maxwell Cohen Estates Ltd – appointed 18/06/19
Acquisition And Property Management Ltd – appointed 18/06/19
DH Management And Holdings Ltd – appointed – 24/09/19As you can see, the 5 year disqualification period for David Anderson as reported by The Athletic and the directorships held by David Hilton during the disqualification period don’t reconcile.
Is that not also a case of fraud?..Becoming a director when disqualified?
What about the mental health of the people on the end of his fraud?..That’s who I feel sorry for.

There does seem to be theme !
Doesn’t the club have a safety officer any more ?
Surely the actual chairman doesn’t haven’t to personally go to meetings, the leader of the council won’t be there, nor will the chief Constable. We started the season with a safety officer but pretty sure we dont have one now.

DH doesn’t help himself..Addressing concerns about the ‘rumoured’ SAG capping attendance he stated on facebook it was ‘nonsense’ and probably done to sell more tickets!..It emerges the rumours were true again but now those nasty SAG people are to blame..Safety certificates are there for a reason..The number of police at the Tamworth match was significantly more than we had yesterday so presumably their costs were greater than ours..Like someone said these types of costs should be budgeted at the start of the season.

Still no communication regarding the 1899 club draw!..Guess the £100,000 long gone..Not fair when people have parted with nearly £2,000 and hear absolutely nothing!
Facebook group admin
Excellent news for the staff..Can you confirm this 2000 capacity rumour is also unfounded please
I didn’t buy a share but my mate did and has heard nothing
Would have been nice for those trusting souls who parted with their cash to at least have been kept in the loop..Just an email notifying them of the result would have been nice!..Maybe DH can enlighten me on Facebook?
Hopefully Callum is OK.. Incidentally who pays if the players need operations at this level?..The club or do players have to take out their own insurance?
Can someone clarify that our David Hilton isn’t the David White from Britannia Law Limited?
As the song goes ‘It’s not what you do it’s the way that you do it’..That seems to be the motto for Hilton!..For a man who seems to crave respect and adulation couldn’t he himself have sat down with the academy kids and parents and explained the situation instead of them hearing via text??..Surely that would have earned him a lot more respect..Or am I missing something 🤷
