    Handcuffed behind the back!

    Wow!

    What if…

The handcuffed person trips and falls face forward in to the close by perimeter wall?
The detainee can not put their arms out to protect themselves whilst falling.
The detainee suffers a severe brain injury.
    The detainee dies!

    What if?

We now have our very own George Floyd type incident.

SIA Trained Safety Stewards with handcuffs.
What next, German Shepherd Safety Guard Dogs?

Employing individuals as private security dictates that the “security guard / bouncer” has to be SIA Licensed.

Imagine an unlicensed security guard handcuffs a supporter – litigation would no doubt ensue. Fines and prison are the penalties.

    https://www.gov.uk/check-a-private-security-licence

What if he actually used his brain and not jump the wall and try punch a steward?

His own fault if anything happens idiots like this thinking they’re Tyson Fury after a few Stella’s and sniff!

Probably a unpopular opinion with people but what does Cribb actually offer?

I see plenty of people say he is good etc and whenever I have seen him I’ve not noticed him do anything worthy… what are his qualities?

And why are the top teams interested him?

We probably don’t play wingers because apart from a couple of promising but inexperienced youngsters we don’t have any.

Hill might have been able to bring a couple to the club in January if we had not been devoid of centre forwards, midfielders and centre backs that were halfway to competent.

But to be honest we don’t have experienced strikers or in any other position but we still play them?

I still think not recalling Wilson was a bit daft. Why wouldn’t you want to keep a young, quick and direct runner who can play right wing when we only have Feeney who’s a natural in that position ?

Bit off topic but I’d like 4/4/2 against Rochdale. Hackney and Grant in CM feeney and sinclair out wide, nuttall and burns through the middle with Lewis LB and the other 3 left as they were.

Hill needs to let them of the leash and play in the style how he did at Rochdale, get plenty of balls in the box…play direct and work for the knock downs.

Why not have a good go ?. I suspect we may be down already anyway.

Think it’s because we don’t actually use wingers!

Which is a stupid approach to be honest… crying out for width EVERY game.

Perry is a long way from match fit.
A poor first game back and another rising to the dizzy heights of mediocrity, tonight.
    He’s better than this.

What about when he was match fit and playing every week?

Manny is clear of Taft and Davis! Manny at least tackles and follows his marker. Taft/Davis are liabilities!

How many penalties did Taft & Davis concede on Saturday? Not saying they’re better players than him but the fact that people see Onarise as an important player for this team sums up why we’re at the bottom of the division.

Perry can pick a pass, he just can’t offer anything off the ball.

How many did Manny give away Tuesday….

Perry can yes…. to the opposition!!

Beestin needs to play. Kenyon has turned into the disappearing man and if playing a no 10, Hallam has to play over Perry who was absolutely shocking.

Kenyon and Beestin you’d have to say are our 2 best CM players and yet aren’t given minutes. The new RB from Wolves is poor from what he’s shown so far.

Burns you can tell is pretty clever in his movement but players either taken too long to spot him or simply don’t see him at all, a fair few times he’s been in space wide open to pass to but the ball never comes to him.

Matheson hasn’t done too bad at all coming into a god awful team… lacks height which isn’t good but has a decent pass and has some pace on him! Rather him over the other RB’s.

No idea how good Burns is because he was hardly ever within 40 yards of his team mates. No support at all.

Watson was superb, a couple of the first half saves were sensational.

Onarise, who everyone tells me is our best defender, was a liability once again, with a ludicrous tackle to concede the penalty.

The midfield was anonymous – Perry would probably look good in a decent team but he’s not the answer for us. Pugh & Rowe are far too similar and limited to play together. What’s happened to Kenyon? Where were Jarvis & Dunnwald-Turan? Why can’t Beestin get on the pitch even in circumstances like Saturday?

Manny is clear of Taft and Davis! Manny at least tackles and follows his marker. Taft/Davis are liabilities!

Perry wouldn’t get into a decent team though he’s so lightweight and barely offers anything!

Pugh, Perry, Hackney, Wood. It’s the toss of a coin really!

Hackney is clear of the other 3!

“I think with Beestin, Hippolyte and Hackney in CM, that’s pretty solid at this level”.

    Blimey, I don’t!

Beestin is no Neale Bishop, Hippolyte is no Duane Holmes and Hackney is certainly no Ryan Yates!

But Perry and Pugh are too powder puff for a relegation scrap so I suppose it’s Hobson’s Choice!

I’d rather see Hallam up front but we won’t go into the intricacies of that!

When did we ever play a midfield 3 of Bishop, Yates and Holmes?

Have to agree with Cass on that one, Loft didn’t look interested today. Clearly his head’s been turned and he wants away, can’t see any point in keeping this version of Loft.

    Did anyone look interested?

Every one keeps banging on about Wilson, I saw him play the first half v Man City and he did not strike me as anything special. Other young lads in that game aquitted themselves much better.

It was against some of the countries best youngsters what do you expect?!

It’s all about opinions. I thought he was bloody hopeless.

    Completely agree!

Been struggling in his natural position and is even worse at DM. Think he touched the ball once and gave it straight to them and then clattered a player and got booked.

    Thoughts:
We are improving game by game. We are clearly fitter – and by a considerable margin.
Tactics are sensible – and what an improvement that is!
Players who showed little intelligence look like their brains are in gear.

Four weeks ago – we’d have lost both these games.

Best headed goal I’ve seen in aeons from an Iron player and Jarvo was oh-so-close to a second.

Great performance from Hippo; some nice bits of class from Perry; Beestin improving. All this against a backcloth of better understanding between midfield and defence. (Hill likes Beestin!)

Turnbull made Jarvo man of the match.

I think Millen gets into the side more for his angled crosses than for his defending. Thompson was decent and Taft much better than of late. How many cards has Manny had? – I really don’t fancy going into any match with Taft as our only CB.

As long as we move forwards from this point

Perry is so frustrating.. for such a tall lad he is a pansy! High foot a few times instead of getting stuck in with his head

Taft exactly the same as he has been all season to be honest doesn’t seem to have a clue on where to defend or who he’s defending against.. just kept pointing and getting turned in and out. For a big lad he doesn’t win headers and a captain he is not!

Another comment on here saying we need to keep O’Hara he comes for crosses… If he came for crosses we wouldn’t of conceded he seems to be stuck on his line too much.

Very poor substitutes too by Hill bringing on Green as a striker when he seems to be more bothered about his hair and why have we started bringing Jai Rowe on as a DM?!

Young lad Poulter should’ve been given the nod always seems to bag for the youth team!

Only problem is Jarvis is worse then Loft. O’Neil is even worse than Jarvis. Turan is even worse than O’Neil

I’d take Turan over O’Neill anyday of the week! I’d take Sunday league players over O’Neill

Jessop is way out of his depth he isn’t nowhere near the 1st team

Criminal Wilson isn’t even getting on the bench anymore!

Bit strange when our fans are cheering Hakeeb leaving the club

Massive talent.. yes he could go missing but could produce something special at the turn of a hat!

How time and hindsight improves the rose tint on those specs. Godden, Wootton & Goode had plenty of chances here and did little to impress. Arguably both Godden & Wootton were lucky to get the contract extensions they did. Godden eventually found his touch and Wootton his level. Goode has improved from donkey to passable L1 CB. No doubt those calling for the moving on of Hallam, KDT, Green, O’Neil et al will be claiming we made a big mistake letting them go in the unlikely event that they come good elsewhere.

Not a chance O’Neill will become good elsewhere… well maybe Sunday League he might do a job. Worst player I’ve seen for us! Says something when he couldn’t get on a 9 man bench at the weekend or in the squad for the awful Papa Johns Trophy.

Wootton would do a shift in League 2 now I think too.

Cannot believe Manny was going to be a sub for Davis… MOM by far he won everything!

Taft what on earth has happened to him absolutely shocking most passes he made were back to Watson I suppose that’s better than giving it to the opposition.

Wilson NEEDS to be given game time what have we got to lose?

On the plus side O’Neill couldn’t get onto a 9 man bench!

Davis is back but I’d hardly call that a boost for us to be honest doesn’t seem to offer anything. Meant to be a captain and I’ve never seen him rally his teammates or give them a kick up the arse for a mistake.

I would personally move O’Malley up one to LW and play Wilson RW. Thompson and Millen at FB positions. I’d go Beestin and Wood in CM.

I still think there’s a player in Wood. Hackney can go back for me.

Not much between Wood and Pugh but I think Wood is a bit more solid without the ball.

Hackney needs to go back in Jan and we could do with signing a LW on loan. Get O’Neil out the club and see if we can get an able striker in with an ounce of ability.

Quite pleased with Jarvis’s contribution so he’s a viable option but he’s a target man type, similar to Loft. If we can get a nippy striker in who’s not a bad finisher it will go a hell of a long way.

Strange with Wilson though as he looked really promising pre season but not had a sniff.

Great team selection exactly what I would go with! Jarvis to start tomorrow and then when his time to come off bring Loft on instead of Hallam.

The only CB that looks like he has something is Davis…

    No chance!

Absolute dross of a CB let alone captain material!

Loft held the ball up many times last season but teammates were nowhere to be seen. I think Loft and Scrimshaw would work but why on earth would we play 2 upfront?

What’s the crack with the terrace? I can’t imagine that will be opening in the early post-Covid stages, are they selling season tickets for that part of the ground?

I renewed my season ticket for the terracing about a month ago now so they must have some plan for it.

what is exciting football? we haven’t seen any of that since the first 9 months of Alexander.

but would love to see Brentford go up, talking to Brian Burden who used to play in goal for Gainsborough Trinity for many seasons last Thursday and his 2 grandsons are season ticket holders at Brentford and he says the place is buzzing with what has happened at Griffin Park the last few seasons, and also the new ground next season.

Hurst played attacking football… not as good as Alexander but compared to Wilcox it’s very good!

I wouldn’t actually mind Jai Rowe being our RB lots of potential and shone in the away game against Swindon when it was basically youngsters everywhere!

Attacking wise we have plenty of them and more than good enough but we have Wilcox…. he doesn’t know what attacking is… since he took over Hurst Eisa/Gilliead/KVV all spiralled out of form!
