Nice to see that three of the Forum Six are back together, you know what they say about shit sticking together, that is a prime example.

It is not just the 1 point Heath, if the problem remains unfixeed, it could be 12 points in the future, who knows.

Quite frankly, who cares? During the current coronavirus emergency who gives a toss about the prediction league, which is an amusing but irrelevant diversion?

In Germany they are preparing for the crisis by stocking up with sausage and cheese.
    That’s the Wurst Kase scenario.

I have some sympathy with insomniac dyslexic agnostics – those people who lie awake all night wondering if there really is a dog.

    Hi Joe,

When I first started my long association of supporting Scunny in 1951 the team always ran out to the “Lincolnshire Poacher” music, that continued for many of the clubs early years in the football league, it was a great little tune for teams entering the pitch at the Old Show Ground.

I remember that too. My recollection is that it was a rousing bass band version.

The title of this thread is unnecessarily disparaging. “Caroline Fleck” would have been sufficient. Like other contributors, I had barely heard of her, but the thread title shows no respect for a dead, albeit flawed, character.

Irony – dictionary defenition -the expression of one’s meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect.
Alternative definition – fanatical and optimistic support for The Iron.

So, BS, if you were the owner of a car in 1952, you must have been at least 18, which makes you 85 or 86 now. Is that the case, or did you in fact drop a chip bag in 1952?

The new character limit will hopefully ban some of the less desirable characters who have hitherto contributed to this forum. I leave it to fellow contributors to nominate their less desirable characters.

A new son/daughter-in-law becomes part of an old fashioned, traditional, powerful family. He/she has “modern” ideas which do not sit well with the group he/she has joined. Surely this is a scene played out all over the world. A newcomer shakes the traditionalist tree and the fall-out is uncomfortable for the clan
Meghan has nothing wrong, cut her some slack.

I would hazard a guess that Mr Swann will be more concerned with the effect of Brexit on his yet to be completed Sands Venue hotel in Blackpool, which, according to reaction of Blacpool residents as reported in their local press, has mixed support; than the effect on his football club.

An individual Division 2 club’s view on Brexit is irrelevant. It will be the views of the FA, the EFL and the Premier League which wil be relevant. Individual views of 3rd and 4th tier clubs will have little or no effect on future transfer decisions.

I think legend status is thrown around too easily these days, maybe all fans of the Iron with more then 50 years service should be regarded as legends, loyally witnessing repeated dross till the next playing ” legend ” comes along to relieve the tedium of failure.

True legend fans have 65 + years service.
