I think the home and 3rd kit look fantastic, not sure about the yellow one but all 3 are the best we have had for a while.
I simply just think it’s boring as well and poor quality.
But you will sit and watch the utter shite served up at GP season after season….the irony!!!
I’ve had far more entertainment watching the fantastic Lionesses then I have from watching Scunthorpe United over the last few seasons.

If you find women’s football that entertaining I suggest you stick to that and don’t bother with Men’s football anymore seen as you went out of your way to highlight the plus points.
Why can’t you enjoy both? Personally I just love football regardless of who is playing I will watch it. When my son played junior football (a few years ago now admittedly) the standard wasn#t great but the games were good to watch none the less.
One thing a prefer about Womens football is that they get straight up after a tackle instead of rolling around holding their ankle and then getting up and sprinting off 2 minutes later like the so called men do!

an absolute must is 2 forwards who come complete with pace, experience , a decent goal return / game rate and some shooting boots
The only problem with that is every other professional football club in the world wants forward players with pace, experience and a decent goal return, its not like they are ten a penny.

32 years old, lots of higher level experience, possible captain material?
I like the fact we are getting a bit of experience through the spine, Boyce, Butterfield, Nuttall, more needed though and the clock is ticking.
Oh! and we need a kit to play in (preferably two in case of a colour clash when were away)
Give the U18 kid a runout on Saturday.
3 in a single game last Saturday.
How many did our top scorer notch in a season last year?
Speculate to accumulate.Wasn’t our top scorer OG last season?
Don’t see a massive problem with players training with the club or playing in friendlies, its not like we are offering them 3 year contracts is it? No harm in having a look in a training session I bet there a few diamonds out there waiting to be unearhted.

There lies the problem NI I find change very hard to accept.
Really? Change can very often be a good thing, for example:
We no longer send Children up chimneys
We no longer look at women pregnant out of wedlock with scorn
We no longer demand black people give up seats on buses up for white people
We no longer stop Women from having the right to vote
We no longer allow employers to demand workers work all hours or face the sack
We no longer allow people to drive a motor vehicle without wearing a seatbelt
We no longer see white dog mess on the pavement etc…1 user thanked author for this post.
Say what you like when you like for me I just made a simple comment that I can’t understand why women and people with disabilities being in a promotional video is such a problem?

Shite stadium mind!
So is ours!
people might purchase extra fare when redeeming vouchers,.
There is never any fare to purchase so a pointless exercise.
Why would anybody get upset by a female or person with a disability being in a promotional video?

Some won’t like the fact he had a spell with the Cods
Doesn’t bother me one bit that he has played for Grimsby, loads of players have played for both clubs in the past so don’t see why it should be a problem now?

Mark Howard signed for Wrexham. Watson v Howard the only thing that Cox got right, gave Watson 7 games and realized he was a liability and forced a Swanny U-turn.
Gordon Banks in his prime would have been a liability in front of the shambles Rory had in front of him! Anyone that thinks last couple of seasons would have been any different with a different keeper either knows nothing about football or is seriously deluded and kidding themselves!

Very good player, and if you watched his game he was always getting frustrated when he had the ball as nobody around him was showing for the ball. The best passer I have seen in my lifetime is Glenn Hoddle even he can’t pass effectively if there is nobody to pass to.
If I were a league 2 Manager I would snap him up in heartbeat, put him in a decent side and watch him flourish.

Too good for National League and a million miles away from our budget I would assume.
Walk away – £0 a week
Stay – £x,xxx a week
The choice (at the moment) is theirs.
If you are referring to Turnbull & Hill then Turnbull walked away from another club to take this role on and would have known what he was walking into, his silence is as deafening as Swanns. As for Hill he could walk away at anytime and get another gig on the Manager merry go round.
Relying solely on youth is suicide, we need balance.

What’s the alternative? Wallow in self pity like you lot? No thanks.
Just because you are happy to accept incompetence it doesn’t mean the rest of us should.
The season is 5 1/2 weeks away yet.
Our first home friendly isn’t for another 2 1/2 weeks.
The National League also doesn’t have a transfer window so we can add to the squad as and when players become available. Relax.
Are you taking the piss???
Rumours were that Beagrie was on 4k a week with us and how long ago was that?
Shite players would be an improvement on what we had last season though so look on the bright side.

Looking for bites or are you really as stupid as you appear from your post?
What part of the post is stupid? Am I missing something?
If you need to ask then yes, you are missing something. Without tackling the root cause of all our problems there is nothing Hill or any other manager can do to change our current plight.
I don’t believe I am missing anything….has the football under Hill been Dull? – Yes!, has it been Boring? – Absolutely!, has it been uninspiring? – Definitely!

You won’t find a better shot stopper in the NL or L2. Sometimes flaps at crosses and doesn’t command his box
No good for us then as most people on here expect our keepers to be fantastic shot stoppers, brilliant with the ball at their feet, captain material in and around their area, as as good with crosses as Desmond Tutu, don’t believe me??? Ask Rory Watson.
It was never, ever going to happen a some of us called from the start, no realistic plan as to how it was going to be financed, it was a pie in the sky dream by a dreamer that can’t even open a hotel in a seaside resort let alone build a state of the art stadium in a steel town in North Lincolnshire!
Those that ridiculed me and others at the time are noticeable by their absence now!
I don’t believe we are too big to be in the NL, we are there because we were by some distance the worst side in the entire football league, and we were the worst side because of mind boggling ineptitude by the Swann family, not because of the size of our club.

I would rip your arm off to finish 1 place above the trap door right now.

Unless we get a billionaire owner non of our signings will get the ol’ ticker racing, to be honest I can only think of one the did that been Beagrie.
Cleveland Taylor, Lee Hodges, Billy Sharp, Paul Hayes, Duane Holmes, Jermaine Beckford, Andy Keogh all just off the top of my head that made me sit up and take notice when they got the ball.
