Was Hill talismanic? Think he was regarded at such. Granted, mainly by himself but he arrived with an emperor’s new clothes fanfare didn’t he. Where for art thou miracle worker?
Any appointment is a gamble NI. None have been a success since Alexander. And, any squad missing pivotal players like a Roberts would struggle.

Take on board what you’re saying SOD. At least you speak from the coaching world.

What evidence do you have that ‘relegation was the aim’?
Not convinced sacking the coaching team will make a great deal of difference to eliminating defensive mistakes and lack of quality. Might get the holy grail 4-4-2 though and lose 4-3 more often

So you’re saying the players aren’t good enough to adapt to playing different formations (as any player always should be) and some are playing out their top dollar contracts but you also think Butler / Schofield are the problem? All bases covered there. There’s a desperation to aportion blame for this terrible form and performances but I doubt anyone really knows how to fix it. But that doesn’t stop the supposed certainty of many claims.
I rest my case.
I’m far from happy but this forum over the last 48 hours is reading like the script from One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.
Own it
An assessment of Leeds Iron. Since been deleted.
You missed out a tweet yesterday from Iron Bru, 414. I’ll echo that one.
Are you his father?

Butler saying Roberts is 50/50. Spoke very well in this latest interview IMO but no doubt some will take issue with aspects of it and resort to insults like ‘buffoon’ and ‘thicko’ as they continue their agenda to have him sacked

Lol, I think both those observations are about right. I’m definitely more on board with the bread aspect anyway.

Was that down to cutting out defensive mistakes and Fitz wonder saves rather than formation?
It’s a start and at least something is being done.
Could be wrong but pretty sure I heard Butler saying pre-match there’s a real prospect of part time next season without promotion. So whoever said that last week (which I questioned) sounds like you could be right.

November 26, 2024 at 8:30 pm in reply to: Has Anyone Unravelled The DAZN Takeover of National League TV? #294626I feel your pain. Doesn’t bode well for future games
Best ignored. Otherwise he continues to stink up the boards with utter inanity.

Hit ‘subsccribe’, absolutely nothing happening. Gave up. Never had a problem with nltv. On Humberside Commentary instead.
Lundy crossed my mind. Less in the mold though
Dawson was box office IMO.

Top laugh that. Hilarious
Oh dear awaywego. You like to fish and wind up but not very good at returning the compliment. Lol, Woke agenda my arse. Done my fair share of all that when I was younger thanks. I’ve grown up now though and stopped pretending I’m a teenager or some sort of veteran legend type.
