    Please be sensible

    No thank you.

    Rowe Cordner Bedeau Butroid
    Spence Vincent
    Gillead Eisa
    Coloclough
    McAtee Loft

Going 11 outfield since we may as well not bother with a keeper given the available options.

Well scratch that we’ve signed the lad who played against Watford. A German on a 2 year deal so I’m not sure who I saw a picture of?

Another forward though we are starting to look very top heavy

Trialist wasn’t Loft. Saw a picture he was black, died blonde hair and a full sleeve tattoo on one arm.

the face coverings do naff all.

The only masks to are effective are those carbon filter ones which properly filtrate the air. Wearing a normal dust/face mask is more harmful, less oxygen and more breathing your own breath/carbon dioxide is downright daft.

The stupidest thing you’ve ever said and that’s really saying something.

Eisa most likely I would think.

If him going allows us to bring in a replacement plus 1-2 more then not a bad trade. We’re strong out wide and desperately short in other places.

Shame no whispers of a keeper still though.

Also a utility player who can play CM or across the back?? If Perch hadn’t signed for Mansfield I’d be panicking!

Terrible timing for him might’ve had chance to finally stake a claim with Kev out.

Jarvis & Mooney in at the deep end then.

I thought Mantom was a great signing for us but obviously he was never fit. 20 games a season over 2 years at Southend suggests the issues are still there.

Less money and smaller squads makes injury prone players risky as we are already seeing with Clarke.

That’s why I didn’t bother I suspected it would be a poor attempt.

iFollow is much better. Only usually sound issues there you sometimes get no commentary or Hull commentary for a while

Mine died after Mr Swann’s podcast when he said Watson was our number 1.

We need a proper keeper and we need a leader at CM. We get that there’s still a chance although the injuries starting to pile up already will show whether the depth is lacking or not.

Trialist on for Rowe at half time.

    Long term concerns over Clarke??

Surely reducing the chances of infection is the point Mick?

That’s like saying there’s no point wearing a seatbelt in the car. It won’t definitely stop you dying in an accident it will only reduce the chances. No point.

Looks a good signing. Solid at cb now hopefully doesn’t mean Cox sees McGahey as his RB when Clarke is out or that he sees Bedeau as his LB.

Concerned that Mr Swann seemed to suggest that was it though.

Fairly confident out wide and upfront but apart from the glaring hole at the back I still think we are one short in CM. Pugh or Hornshaw will have to step up hopefully at least one of them is ready.

It’s been done to death but it’s not one mistake that’s the problem.

It’s the same mistake over and over and over and over again.

His problems aren’t injury related they are ability related.

Similar thing happened with Godden. No doubt we should have signed him up on a lengthy contract and loaned him out to get games.

    That’s exactly what we did?

He was here 5 years as a pro and had 8 loan spells, you can’t wait forever.

Some kids need to drop out the league for a while and find their way back.

We’ve made some mistakes over the years (Lyle Taylor). Godden wasn’t one of them.

More interestingly. We aren’t to sign another Gk.

Did he say that? That we aren’t looking for another keeper?

All my optimism has gone. I was starting to feel really good about this season.

Fair play to the lad and best of luck to him. Chance to prove a few wrong, myself definitely included.

Has he improved or had he found his level? Time will tell.

It’s a move to a really good club.

I was shocked when it said he was 60 and he’d been gone 21 years meaning when he left he was only 39!
He’s never been a young looking man.

They definitely should’ve scrapped the efl trophy this year.

And if fans aren’t allowed then I imagine iFollow will be allowed to stream Saturday games. Would be stupid otherwise.

If they don’t it’s easy enough to get around anyway.

But is he built like John Gayle?

    Don’t know.

Hopefully he’ll use his elbows a bit less. Not sure John would last long nowadays.

John Gayle never scored many but was an effective target man. If Jarvis does the work and takes the bumps for kev we could have a good partnership.

Got to think Colclough will be looking to move if possible. And I’m sure we wouldn’t turn down the chance to get his wages off the books.

Who’s going to want him though? And be able to afford his wages?

Maybe one of Hornshaw and Pugh out on loan if we get a Cm in.

Same with Kelsey/Collins if we get a keeper.

2 more in is good to hear. As is 442 and attacking football obviously.

We were told 4 or 5 and we’ve had that so another 2 is a bonus.

Experienced keeper and Cm along with good assistant (presumably Lillis) and I’ll be very happy with pre season.

Either the first half highlights were selectively edited or we gave them an absolute pasting before half time. Shame we couldn’t take some chances.

Only 2 defenders in the 2nd half. And no sign of either of the new strikers.

McAtee hasn’t changed. Some just stick with their numbers. I can’t see us signing another LB I imagine Butroid was given the chance to take 3 and opted to keep 16. 9 is the only surprise would’ve expected one of the new lads to take it.

Watson has had plenty of support and time to learn and improve. It’s not happening.

We might be stuck with him and if we are then we’re going nowhere.

Is Josh a free agent? Loaned out by Rochdale last year so guessing surplus to requirements.

    Could fit the bill.
