Once we’re allowed to go to matches with our masks on and 2 metres away from the next person,I’m sure the excitement will begin to grow.
I bet he’s not as posh as Gurnelista.
The future is bright with Peter Swann in charge.
Long may he be in charge of his club and give us fantastic times in the not too distant future.….”classic piece of disinformation.”
Your response to Big J doesn’t give any reason why it is disinformation? While supporting the Iron in the last thirty years I haven’t heard one racist chant or shout while being at grounds home or away.FACT.
There obviously are fans who are racist, but the racist abuse of chanting or shouting has been virtually eliminated from grounds up and down the country.
Most fans would agree ,so the introduction of this politically motivated agenda of BLM is unacceptable for lots and lots of fans.“..we cannot blame the media for brainwashing and the campaign by Remain was so increadibly weak!”
The media was sooo Remain it was off the scale.
The shock to the political classes that the masses knew what they were voting for was a major shock….victory went to them.Gurnelista- on page 3 of these posts j.charles put a comment about the George Floyd case (#198745) ,I’m not sure what he was saying. Can you comment and agree with him or give a reason why he was wrong with his assessment .
…I bet there are fans on here who would say the same thing.
…I haven’t.
BRI-“Think about that before lecturing us on what we should and shouldn’t argue.”
The trouble is BRI you’re saying don’t lecture us when YOU ARE lecturing j.charles!!…that’s why the problem won’t go away…..I haven’t heard a racial chant at a football ground for at least 30 years…BLM is a political movement with neo-Marxist motives.
….then they go home to their families!
“ Joining arms with fellow human beings”.
If only we could!!!
But footballers are different to the general public.
When they huddle in a circle before the start of a match ,it’s one rule for them and one rule for us.
You couldn’t make it up!Black Lives Matter is a political movement. You just put movement?
Black Lives Matter is not a political party as you say.
(GREYLAG POST)Well done Millwall fans.
I hope all football fans follow with the same reaction to the “knee”
BLM is a political movement and trying to say it is statement to unite against racism is nonsense.
I haven’t heard a racist chant at Scunthorpe for decades
The vast majority of fans understand this and booing should be heard up and down the land until this madness is removed from football.Sorry put it on wrong site.
We signed Jim Lumby from Brigg Town,Mick.
My Dad watched every game he played when his fabulous partnership with Brian Bloomer lead them to win the Title that season. One of the most enjoyable seasons my Dad had watching a non-league team! Up there with the great Monty Brown team at Gainsborough Trinity.Just looked it up,Rod Green and Brian Hill scored hat-tricks and Matt Tees scored the first goal. How come we had such a poor goalie even then?!!
Yes,I was there Les on that very wet night. The only goal I remember was when the left winger lobbed the ball into the far corner of the net with Clemence out of his goal.
I think all footballers should be made to smoke a pipe at half-time!When we’re playing Gainsborough Trinity in a local derby league match,I’ll be telling Misterton Mick ,”Fans64 was right,we didn’t need Swann”.
“Negative comments on here at the moment”…..this is nothing compared to 1500 club and fans 64 comments..WHEN WE WERE FLYING HIGH IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!
Moments of brilliance from Hakeeb were up there with the best I’ve seen from any former Iron greats.
Millions of people will be discussing what was the best strategy in the dole queues
I don’t think it should be cancelled.Seeing these multi- millionaires showing off their fancy hairstyles when hairdressers were shut was great to see.Now seeing them celebrate goals and winning trophies with mass cuddling and hugging afterwards is a joy to watch- it reminds us all when we were able to do that . A single mother with five kids will be able to explain to them while watching football,”unfortunately it is one rule for them and another for us”.
Frank Vincent caught the eye in the highlights shown.
…those two women who worked in the portakabin on Donny road during the OSG days were worth their weight in gold!
He was big mates with Daz who worked on the car park at Glanford Park.😃
….don’t worry Mick hopefully we’ll score three in most games and win by the odd goal.
….couldn’t you start off as physio Brian and work your way up?
Starting a KVV fan club Brian – can I put you on the list?!!
