Muzzy and Boyce in temporary charge
They’ve only got one of the top scorer’s in the league, no threat there then
What a fickle lot you are. When Hill was signing players, and after we beat a poor Yeovil side, it was Keef this and Keith that, now we’re back to Hill. I have said all along, Hill isn’t the man for the job, he doesn’t know the league, he doesn’t have the knowledge of non league players.we need somebody who knows this god dam awful league, somebody in the Hurst mould. This man is an encyclopaedia of lower league players, whereas Hill has never managed at this level. After Yeovil, fools on here where talking about a top ten finish……no chance

Let’s hope he hasn’t wasted the parachute payments
Come on guys, if it was seen on Facebook it must be true, I heard from a bloke at the garage
Every club in the league are looking for strikers, clubs with more clout than us, we’ll only get the dregs

I am not so optimistic about this season. There’s some dam good players in this league and it worries me Boyce is past it and too slow now.A couple of nippy forewords will kipper him all the time. From what I’ve seen on tv, it seems balls are pelted into the box all the time, and we need to be aware of set pieces, that was nearly the downfall of all the top clubs last season. Bottom half and survival will do me this season, and the pleasure of seen us win a few games
optimistic
You need to lay off the glue Bill, a fired up McAtee would run rings round our defenders
He didn’t leave on a free, it went to a tribunal

3 up 3 down would have seen us relegated with the cods. It will never happen, turkey’s don’t vote for Christmas
Mcatee used to trundle around until he joined Hurst
Our problem next season, apart from us being crap is, with us been an ex-league club, and a big club in the NL, the smaller clubs will up their game and see Scunny as a scalp….UTI

Fallen for Swanns B/S
I’ve got a friend that is a cod head, and I have visited Blundell Park and was impressed with what the new owners have achieved in a short time. In Return he came to our Tin pot of a stadium and was unimpressed with how it has been left to deteriorate. Our ‘supposed’new owners can learn a lot from the ‘cods’It Is a great post from ‘keep believing’ and shows how uninterested our Illustrious chairman is, Who can’t even be arsed To come to games UTI
Excellent piece by a chairman who cares about his club. We could take heart from that, graft and grit beat the (cheating) prima donnas of Wrexham, with the right recruitmen, There’s no reason why we can’t do well in this league eventually. UTI
lesgeo did we not offer Mcatee a new deal which he turned down?
Compared to Wrexham, stockpot and chesterfield, the cods have spent very little. As I’m aware, Mcatee was the only player they have paid a fee for. Most managers in the NL know that league. Hurst is an encyclopaedia of lower league players and knows how to build a team working for each other. Hill doesn’t know this league, and there goes our problem.
Why are you banging on about’new owners’on here. There aren’t any new owners, who would invest money in SUFC without any assets. We don’t even have any players worth any money, they’ve been sold off,. Wake up and smell the coffee, normal service will resume next season, hopefully with a mid-table finish

He won’t be there to see any protest, he’ll swerve it. He’s doing a Fenty and stepping out of the firing line the B#######d.

We need a manager that knows non league, and has a wealth on knowledge of lower/ non league players, a bit in the Challinor/ Hurst mould. Get rid of the old fe let’s and get hungry young players in
While I agree with you mariner oly, it will depend on who is in the manager’s chair. I don’t think Hill will still be here, listening to his interviews, I think he’s cracking up. We’ll probably have another lame duck. Let’s face it Swann will pocket the parachute payments
The iron should be a big club in the NFL and will be if Keith stays. You only have to hear the passion in his interviews,I think he sees SUFC as a project a work in process. Do you want to watch exciting possibly playoff footie, and goals or another season of bottom league 2 stuff under Keith, because if he doesn’t get the backing from Swann his passion deserves he’ll be gone, and at the moment he’s more passionate than Swann. I think Tom Newey hit the nail on the head on Saturday, “we need to rebuild from below” Dropping down a league IMO has to be better than the alternative, maybe we could even dream, and as a none league club, worth less and ripe for a takeover
I think he needs to lay off the glue

Alex Hunt, after staring for the cod’s for 6 months has gone to bolster Oldham’s midfield. Could’ve done a job for us
Why would any manager worth their salt come here and risk having a relegation on their CV
If we go down, the Swan will pocket the parachute payments, bonus for him.
