Double whammy!
February 21, 2023 at 9:45 pm #255957If Mullin falls down in the woods and there is nobody else to hear it – does the ref still award a penalty?

February 21, 2023 at 9:53 pm #255958Surely Chapman could have timed his performances to have the birth during the close season.

February 21, 2023 at 9:54 pm #255959Yes if the woods are in or around Wrexham.

February 21, 2023 at 10:01 pm #255961Feel for the lads. Put a great shift in. Plenty to build on there. Not a penalty for their first IMO. Proper Iron battling performance against a supposed L1 side.

February 21, 2023 at 10:06 pm #255962Can’t ask anymore from the guys but a battling display against a top side and when the officials help them out as well, let’s just say we move on with greater resolve then ever.

Topics: 59I’ve being saying it for a number of years, make it EFL League Three with 4 up & 4 down between L2 & L3.
February 22, 2023 at 10:26 am #255976And I’ve been saying it should be L2(N) & L2(S)!
Either way it would make sense.

Agree NI, the away games this season have been ridiculous, localising fixtures for smaller clubs makes good sense all round.

February 22, 2023 at 12:49 pm #255983I’m all in favour of it. Happens further down the pyramid so why not? Less travel, less pollution, less cost, better gates, better atmosphere. Partly why I enjoy Counties level matches. Save the N /S mix up for cup competitions.

February 22, 2023 at 1:19 pm #255984Poor ref decision for 1st pen – blatant dive and cheats prospered. The 2nd one – wrexham player managed to get both feet into where Foster was trying to redirect the loose ball, went down very quickly but clearer than the first for certain. Get back to back wins and we will rise up the league for certain.

when was the last time we managed back to back wins ????
Remaining positive ..looking at the remaining fixtures the only one i would bet my favourite left testicle we wont get points in is Notts County ..all others i feel we can get points , lets hope most are 3 points n not draws.
Maidstone is massive .. in fact all the last 15 games are.

You have and either would be better than the current status quo.
February 23, 2023 at 11:34 am #256036Prefer early Status Quo
February 23, 2023 at 11:48 am #256038Worth a look. Agree with Dean on Foster too. He may have ballsed up for their second but don’t forget his other top class saves that kept us in the game.

Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!! Doesn’t even have the decency to admit the penalty was “won”. We’ve seen it several times Mullin, a cynic might say he was making himself look a stupid cheat rather than just a cheat.

February 23, 2023 at 1:15 pm #256042Can imagine a phone call went in to the Wrexham commentator after questioning the decision himself.
