Non triers are non players!
A hard days (90mins) graft is all we ask for.
It’s the basic prerequisite for any footballer in any grade of football, if your not prepared to graft for 90 minutes whoever you are you should not be on the pitch.

That’s our starting point!
Anything less than that is not acceptable.
if we cant beat Dorking at home tomorrow we are fooked .. simple as that…they are just also rans in the NL as are we.
3-1 to Scunny
They beat Notts County 3-1 last week and already have won as many games as we did last season.

How hard do our boys work?
2 full days off a week.
How many double sessions do they do during the week?
Easy life!
I’m guessing SUFC need to work much harder in the 2nd half versus Dorking?

Confidence & belief returning?
my biggest worry and it goes back to Alan Knill in charge, and apart from 75% of Alexanders reign is if we get in front in games we sit back on a one goal lead instead of trying to bury teams, it isn’t entertaining to watch and how many points have we dropped by doing so, I know sometimes you have to but we do it anyway, Wilcox was the worst under that long unbeaten run when we dropped points 10 times in injury time.
