Actions show why words mean nothing.
Don’t worry, this weeks patsy will be along soon to tell us they will “take the positives” from yesterdays game into the next match. We will be assured that “we know what we have to do and where we need to improve.” This will be followed by another sub-standard performance from which “we will take more positives.”
And Turnbull’s words mean nothing what a piss poor effort he’s making of everything this season, he’s got a bigger budget than half the teams in our league and yet he’s doing a worse job than Swanny, come on tell me he isn’t or tell me what he’s doing right I can’t see anything. Even last year at Xmas we had optimism that we might survive in league 2 can anyone hand on heart believe we stay up this year. He said he came to make a difference and improve us. Still waiting!
Turnbull tells us nothing
The sale of the club has reached an impasse. No budget for new players.
What is there to be said?
There could have been if Turnbull let notts county and chesterfield more tickets for the corner that we have previously give teams with big followings, bloody useless imo, can anyone come up with a reasonable argument why we didn’t give more tickets away?
Understand we are prevented from signing players with Swann still in charge. Presumably we can get OOC players but we’re more likely to fold than get players in
A tsunami of relief will be heard across North Lincs when we hear the word:
SOLD
A few properties round us have had SOLD boards up. A week or two later they’re back on the market!
i really do feel sympathy for the manager n players / staff at SUFC ..but this situation has gone beyond what happens on the pitch the football is now a secondary issue with off field business and saving the club taking precedence.
