Woking are going to be a force in the league this season. They’ve signed seven player’s including Amond.it’s unbelievable we’re going to finish below them in the national league, who would have thought, how the mighty have fallen
34 years old.
3 goals from 26 appearances at Exeter last season.
I’m guessing his legs have gone?
We signed 7 or 8 last summer and look how that worked out.
It’s not how many you sign or the date that you sign them. The clue is in the name. When you sign footballers it’s best to check if they can actually play football.
Signing players a fortnight+ after the start of training – as we have done so very many times – means that you begin the season with a squad whose preparation has been interrupted from Day One.
How many poor starts to seasons have we had in recent years? – My gut feeling strongly states that there is a direct correlation between poor starts and late signings. (Quite apart from the issue of the quality of players signed.)
Dropping half a dozen points unnecessarily in August/September could be the difference between the National League and further relegation.
Also they have signed Cuthbert good signing at this level
Why shouldn’t Woking be a force next season, theres no divine right for any team to be successful, or no team to big to be relegated. A teams name is just that a name and nothing else doesn’t gain or guarantee any points whatsoever.
Also they have signed Cuthbert good signing at this level
Have they also signed Dibble and Grub 🤔
I don’t thinks so IA but Pugh might still be available.

Yes, but is Pugh available? 😉
I think Andy Dibble has retired. Shame they could have built an interesting squad.
PC McGarry as head of security?
