Brian came along to our meeting last night at the George Hogg pub in Winterton. He was looking very well and was on top form. He told us he had watched the recent happenings at our club with total bewilderment, particularly about recruitment. We raised £120 for the Lindsey Lodge Hospice on the night. UTWI

If Brian was looking for a managers job, he hasn’t far to look.

That ship sailed a long time ago KEEP BELIEVING, can’t live in the past forever the club has to move on and forward. Bring on new owners not old managers.

No. You’ve told us often enough for it to be cemented in memory. :-)

Winston Churchill was a good PM between 1940-1945 and really helped this country enormously to win the war, however when he came back to run the country as PM in 1951 he was utter shite. Never go backwards it’s a bad idea.

Paul Hurst has worked a minor miracle at Grimsby in his second spell.
Never really understood why Pete5 Swann let him go. I wonder what might have been if Paul Hurst
Had remained as manager. We may have retained our EFL status and Grimsby would still be in the National league. Just a thought.

Still less than 2 per game as I’ve said before. Hardly scoring for fun was it.

Yes, and that’s the home games so I guess the away record is lower than that or bill would have mentioned it. Not a lot to get excited about if you have a defence that regularly concedes at least 2 is it?

Iron – awe my comment regarding Brian Laws was said ‘ tongue in cheek’ I’m all for new owners and new young managers. I can’t see where Mr Hill fits in.

And Swann might not be selling…
