December 8, 2024 at 4:10 pm #295301We are looking for a head of recruitment. Russ is very well thought of. And he is doing a very good job at Trinity.

December 8, 2024 at 11:21 pm #295308I’d carry on at Trinity if I were Russ. Bigger managerial offer potential.

All depends what he wants to do with this part of his footballing life.
December 9, 2024 at 12:12 pm #295318This thread sums up our arrogance,we’ve got Man Utd syndrome. The fact is we’re a 6th division outfit ,not some big league wonder club that has a right to win and be some huge draw for staff

December 9, 2024 at 1:13 pm #295323Relatively speaking we are a big draw – for those knocking about the upper echelons of regional football we are appealing – but no more than that. Anybody with league/professional football aspirations need not apply. However I would welcome some footballing experience into the building because we have a team of well meaning non footballing people running the club.

Nowt against Wilcox nice bloke but probably why when ever theres a job going the first option and mindset seems to be whose available that has ties to the club .. If AB does get the boot its hard to even guess who may come in and of what age and experience not sure how attractive a draw Scunny are nowadays as posted.
December 9, 2024 at 2:48 pm #295330Seen Kevin Horlock mentioned as a good option on X. Bizarre.
December 9, 2024 at 4:07 pm #295338Wrong to put names in the hat. We all have ideas and keeping your own counsel is best.
I do believe we are an attractive proposition.
December 9, 2024 at 4:49 pm #295340Let us see if AB has learned anything – if he has – let’s stick with him. If not, then bring on the new guy asap.
December 9, 2024 at 5:27 pm #295341Are you on the Board now Les?
December 9, 2024 at 7:15 pm #295343The clubs board of late have shown that Man utd arrogance, taking on a CEO when most NLN league clubs don’t have one and if they do it’s normally the chairman, appointing a catering manager ffs.
Full time on the football side, part time everywhere else, till whenever we get out of this piss poor league.

December 9, 2024 at 7:32 pm #295344Perhaps the board could propose moving operations to a small Midlands town over an hour and half’s drive away and they would get awaywego’s support.
December 9, 2024 at 7:44 pm #295345Lol at awaywego,he really hates the people who showed him up. What a loser attitude. You need to let it go. Or are you working on the David Cameron basis of repeat crap until it sticks?
