Or maybe whilst Hull sack theirs
It’s the hope that kills you. As for Adkins for Scunny, offer him the average L2 wage with a 5k win bonus and 100k for keeping you in L2 this season. No charge for the advice PS.

November 2, 2021 at 8:06 pm #217039Evidently Swanny has received over 50 applicant’s already.
Apparently 95% are under 18 and the others include Alan Knill and Mike Bassett

November 3, 2021 at 4:40 am #21705750+ on Monday. There will be considerably more now.
Keith Hill is still my choice.3 users thanked author for this post.

Doubtful, bru posters know the conditions of employment. Needs to be somebody from afar who has to be desperate, gullible, cheap and have the ability to act decisively when told what to do.

November 3, 2021 at 9:49 am #217063So it’s either Bucks or NI then Cass.
November 3, 2021 at 10:34 am #217065Both too smart.
November 3, 2021 at 10:44 am #217066Brown nose.
November 3, 2021 at 11:46 am #217068November 3, 2021 at 11:47 am #217069No a realist! There’s enough poster-poster abuse on here, a bit of credit where it’s due provides a bit of balance.
November 3, 2021 at 5:47 pm #217090I’m desperate and cheap (according to Mrs NI) but wouldn’t last the week if someone told me I had to play Wood or Hackney or both, and I wasn’t allowed to give Cameron Wilson any game time.
Then I’d no doubt be called into the chairman’s office on Monday morning to explain why I didn’t get the lads to sit back and defend the 1-0 lead.
Anyway, I don’t really fancy driving to Blackpool for the interview!

November 3, 2021 at 7:08 pm #217102SKy Bet have Keith Hill at 1/10.
November 3, 2021 at 7:17 pm #217103That changed quickly, last I looked it was 6/5 against. WOW!
November 4, 2021 at 3:07 pm #217140Apparently 95% are under 18 and the others include Alan Knill and Mike Bassett
At least Mike Bassett would play Four Four F…Two.
November 4, 2021 at 3:22 pm #217143November 4, 2021 at 4:46 pm #217150…there’s no chance it could be……..?
November 4, 2021 at 4:59 pm #217151That changed quickly, last I looked it was 6/5 against. WOW!
I wonder if someone in the “know” has been and got their money on!
November 4, 2021 at 5:01 pm #217153Give him a go.
November 4, 2021 at 5:12 pm #217154Is Keith Hill this year’s David O’Leary, who was also odds on and didn’t get the job?

Well that is how it works (sometimes) in horse racing. Trainers and jockeys can’t back on, or indeed against there horses, but the owners can. When the owners pile on, the price tumbles dramatically.
Perhaps the Swann family have all their money on Keith Hill?
November 4, 2021 at 5:45 pm #217156That would be one way of covering the losses!

This comment was not intended to imply anything inappropriate was taking place.
Remember O’Leary was odds on and didn’t get the job, so the odds can be misleading.
November 4, 2021 at 7:29 pm #217161And what I read about it at the time O’Leary knew nothing about it and hadn’t even applied for it.

November 4, 2021 at 11:23 pm #217181I can’t believe Keith Hill will put up with Swann’s bullshit and probably wouldn’t get passed the interview stage?

November 5, 2021 at 1:34 pm #217227Absolutely spot on, although I find hindsight and the fact you posted after the announcement of the new manager, makes it easier to be critical of my comment.
