And still the same puppet master!
Where do we go though? Pat’s not impressed with the laughable budget, ironlion says Swanny has no need to sell because Lee is bringing the money in now, many others think we’ve overspent and don’t like it, others like me want to bring back the spending, guess only time will tell let’s try and enjoy the ride as best we can.
Is this abuse really necessary?
Of course not les but we are dealing with a schoolboy remember 😂
At 5pm on Saturday.

Doesn’t matter what happens at 5pm on Saturday, sacking the Manager will not change a thing as sacking the other managers has proved. THE MANAGER IS NOT THE PROBLEM!!!
Cox
He wasn’t good enough when we finished 3rd bottom, we carried on and persisted, it got worse we lost our League status.
This is not a knee jerk, Hill actually made us worse than even Cox’s teams, the warning was there last season and I cannot see things changing.
Been resoundly beaten by a team tipped to go down this season in Maidenhead and an average team in Woking.
The goals we are conceding are the big worry, very similar to last season when teams pick the ball up deep and run at certain defenders. O’Malley and Taft being the prime culprits.
When Yeovil brought that number 15 on it changed the game, we play too narrow packing the central midfield leaving the fullbacks space to attack but exposed when defending.

He’s not THE problem, but he’s definitely a big part of it…he’s worse than Cox ffs!
As so someone posted the other day, it’s perfectly possible for there to be more than one problem. A poor performance and defeat tomorrow won’t help Hill’s cause in the slightest but either one or both of the opposite of those two would help immensely.
Defeat tomorrow will really puncture the balloon of optimism from the opening day of the season. Given our relatively easy start to the season in terms of fixtures, plus the hangover from last season, we really need to hit the ground running this year. A point is a must tomorrow I would say.
There’s no fun in the sun at the moment.
It’s time to ditch the summer beach party mentality and dig in.
The Alamo, Rorke’s Drift etc.
We’re in a dog fight already.
