I am 100% certain that if I conducted my organisation’s business on WhatsApp mixed in with personal messages to my “mistress” I would be sacked.

My contract says I cannot use company email or text for personal stuff.

Apparently these widely used rules don’t apply if you are a Cabinet Minister, Prime Minister, MP or work for the Civil Service.
