So opinions, what do others think this club has been worth as it is ?

Championship Club £11 – 13 million.
Division One Club £7 – 9 million.
Division Two Club £5 – 7 million.
National League – Whatever you can get
National League Nth – FREE to a good home !!

Like all property and/or businesses it is worth whatever someone is prepared to pay for it.

Often that is rather less than the owners valuation.
