46 games played and we may or may not be promoted.

Can you endure another season in this cesspit league if we aren’t promoted?

Well we’ve been one of the 24 turds floating within!

Can Jimmy polish us up for the playoffs?

I would sooner play in a league where we win or draw 75% of the games, rather than like lose 75% like the last 5 seasons, the league isn’t that bad Rene

The problem with this league has been the poor refereeing and some of the shitty grounds we’ve played at.

At the risk of sounding arrogant we’re used to a better standard.

Well, the first two play off games failed to produce a single goal.

    Gripping stuff!

I can take the shitty grounds – no problem.
The reffing, however, has been execrable in 60% of games; below par in 20%.

Do people really care which league we’re in? Of course it’s nice to get promoted, it’s nice to be in a higher league, but frankly I’d still watch & support the Iron in any division and as Mick says it’s nice to see us winning games after all these recent years.

And I’d FAR rather watch a game at Curzon, at Blyth, at Alfreton, at Gloucester than really terrible grounds like Leicester, Coventry, Doncaster, or Colchester. Awful, awful places to watch football.

Coventry play in the best stadium outside the premiership imo uninterrupted vue all round the ground and the are really good acoustics really good. Interesting how different people see different things.

Surprised you like it since it’s impossible to park anywhere near their ground!

We parked last time at a pub on the canal the landlord did invite Scunny fans to “drink and park” The police took us in their van to the ground (a coventry pub to walk past) and i had the grandkids with us. Said come back to the same place after the game and they’d take us back true to their word they were waiting for us, Coventry fans couldn’t believe their eyes when we all piled in the van it was well was rocking after winning 2-1.
But i do get what you mean about the parking.

Decent ground but not many facilties. nearest pub i found was an old fashioned one(took me back to my time at school it was so outdated)20 mins away. Football on basic beer.
Before that i got off the train in Bedworth, home of some of the shittiest pubs in the country no doubt.

    Will we be bored today?
The bookies think not. 0-0 is a massive 9/1.
    Iron 1-0 Boston 11/2
    Iron 1-1 Boston 11/2
are the two lowest priced correct scorecast.

He had the chance to be a hero yesterday, yet the chump confirmed he’s a zero!

We all know where he’s gone wrong all season.

    Substitute S for E.
