Alan Welsh came back temporarily when Phil Jacklin moved on to take up the stadium managers job at Rotherham.
Alan’s wife had recently passed away but he agreed to help the club out on a temporary basis until such time as Hopper had acquired the relevant qualifications and could take up the position.1 user thanked author for this post.
