As I said and was roundly derided , also flats only to realise £3-4m as I said. not even enough to cover one years losses.
I really am struggling to see how the club can get out of such a financial hole of such huge losses over a sustained period

We should all be realistic and accept that New Stadium, 160 flats and GP refurbishment will never happen, lets just face the truth, we have been spun all these day dream projects, and waited year after year for over seven full years, and there has not been one piece of structure or one brick placed for any of us to admire, forget the whole dream and try and work out how club bankrupcy and non-league football can be avoided.

I think these days most football clubs, and businesses for that matter, exist on debt. Most seem to make v little effort to pay it off and when things get desperate rich board members pay enough to stave off the problem. It seems to me sufc is entirely dependant on Mr Ss whims and wealth.

WRT the flats, if our beloved chairman is as rich as some posters indicate I cannot see a few million making much difference, so why wait? Personally I suspect Mr Ss thoughts and efforts are elsewhere. His redevelopment in blackpool must be concerning him and now our bullingdon bully has shut down the country it must be very worrying times for Mr S. For those interested here is a vid I came across of what I think is the blkpool dev – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=18D4uCYPWOw

And what would Labour and it’s Marxist leaders have done differently?

But hey, don’t let the situation stop you making puerile political capital, eh?

    Hello Alcy.

I appologise, if I could remove the offending phrase I would. I have little respect for any of our “professional” politicians of any party and it slipped out.
I would not want the thread to get off topic by that unfortunate remark. The basic point I was hoping to get across is that it seems to me that MrSs thoughts and efforts probably lie elsewhere and I am speculating on his blkpool development occupying most of his time.

    On the youtube…..

Basically looks like a big Club2k in the middle of a sh*thole. The only question is do you pray first then go into the casino or vice versa.
