And lying about it too, claiming to be on urgent government business with 1922 chair? If she actually was with him that’s internal party business. Lies upon lies
October 17, 2022 at 10:50 pm #246920She hid from a ‘pot noodle’?
October 18, 2022 at 3:25 pm #246945hiding from the country, pity too as she missed some of Starmer’s better lines .
October 18, 2022 at 3:36 pm #246947Looking at the state of her when she appeared for 15 minutes, suggests she was on spice!!
October 18, 2022 at 3:40 pm #246948she’d get that wrong and smoke Chip Spice

October 19, 2022 at 10:29 am #246979Politician? More like a Farage wannabe after 4 hours in Wetherspoons
October 19, 2022 at 12:26 pm #246990Hiding? She’s doing a very good job at PMQs. I don’t think Starmer knows what’s hit him.
October 19, 2022 at 12:49 pm #246992Nice of her to turn up this time.
I see she has overruled Hunt on pension uprating. If the Tories want to delude themselves that this is some fantastic performance, as if most pay attention to PMQs anyway, then be my guest.
October 19, 2022 at 1:40 pm #246993Doesn’t look like Tory MPs share this rekindled spirit for Truss after her performance:
As the PM finishes her exchange with Keir Starmer, telling MPs she’s a “fighter not a quitter”, one Tory backbencher turns to their neighbour and says simply “useless”. Colleague nods.

Thanks for making me chortle today :)
October 19, 2022 at 1:58 pm #246995RMT,Unions blah blah Blah, is that all she has, 1970’s arguments?
The RMT has greater approval rating and most polls suggest that the country back them, Truss is Hovering around Putin for approval.
A few Tories drunk on booze I subsidise jeering and cheering in the charade that is question tume is not winning anything.
IN the space of an hour she trashed people’s pensions and future, a few days hiding with an acting coach to perform at QT does not make up for the utter failure of Toryism and it’s inner circle os Lobbyists grandly disguised as “thinktanks” Oh how they bragged online when their dinner party whispering paid off, quiet now are they ,especially when asked who pays them to put forwards their “ideas”1 user thanked author for this post.
October 19, 2022 at 1:59 pm #246996I mean, everyone is entitled to an opinion, but her own MPs (and not just the backbenchers) weren’t exactly rallying in support. Plus she seemed to think it was LOTOQs. I find it baffling anyone can think this is some turning point for the lame duck PM.
October 19, 2022 at 2:49 pm #247006Aye all the unions asking for a much needed rise are militant aren’t they Buck’s, Truss really is an utter joke and as for keeping the triple lock on pensions going, well let’s see until it’s paid because we know what a complete two faced lying twat she is as the last fortnight has shown. Put it this way, this government is almost certainly toast at the next election, if she shits on the pensioners and reneges on the triple lock they are definitely toast because the blue rinse brigade put her in and they will help boot her out next time if she lies again.
October 19, 2022 at 3:51 pm #247010Was it her acting coach that came up with the Jacko/Macca lyric quote! 😂
October 19, 2022 at 4:31 pm #247016Someone should have told Suella that Truss did so well in PMQs! Why quit now when Starmer doesn’t know what’s hit him*?
*No malice intended, Bucks. We should all laugh at ourselves, including myself.

October 19, 2022 at 4:37 pm #247017October 19, 2022 at 5:29 pm #247023Bucks voted for Truss. He never gets anything wrong.
October 20, 2022 at 9:53 am #247077Have to seen her official PM portrait?
WTF! Bond villain or what?
Covering the walls of the South Durham Conservatives Association’s office in Darlington are images of the party’s leaders through the decades.
October 20, 2022 at 10:03 am #247078It oozes ‘Me me me’!
October 20, 2022 at 11:21 am #247080Psychotic. Extremely inflated opinion of herself and abilities. They will have to drag her out!!
October 20, 2022 at 11:35 am #247084It oozes ‘vacuous moron’. Quite an old image I believe. Thatcher wannabe without the brain but the nasty streak
October 20, 2022 at 11:58 am #247090The toff Graham Brady has arrived at Number 10 to drag her out screaming “delivery, delivery, delivery”.
October 20, 2022 at 1:40 pm #247096‘I’m a fighter, not a quitter’.
24 hours is a long time in politics.
🤭October 20, 2022 at 2:05 pm #247101I didn’t realise 10 Downing Street was now an air bnb!

October 20, 2022 at 2:13 pm #247104Hiding from the Pot Noodle but got blind sided by Tofu and a Lettuce
October 20, 2022 at 2:21 pm #247105Absolute shambles. She did perform remarkably well at PMQs — regardless of the comments above — but, of course, she had to go given what then happened.
What a totally useless lot our politicians are. It will be no better under Starmer. As bad as SUFC.
October 20, 2022 at 2:22 pm #247106That’s just your opinion, but I am sure you’ll try and claim it as a fact. As it’s an opinion, I am allowed to disagree using a different one. As are the many, including Tories, who also found it weak.
Desperate deflection and whataboutery at the end there.

October 20, 2022 at 2:35 pm #247109I can imagine her team scouring the web and consoling her with “it’s not so bad that Scunthorpe fan who purports to be from Bucks reckons you did OK in QT yesterday”
