Point 1 As we basically have a two party state it’s ridiculous that debate within parties is stamped on. Labour in particular has a big problem with this ,you cannot have a democratic party that dictates from the top .

I don’t know how long this has gone on but I am noting more that we have unelected people as ministers of state, Cameron being the last high profile one but Starmer also immediately elevated people to the lords and gave them ministerial posts .Perhaps they should try get more talented Mps instead of promoted interns all over the place in safe seats
Point 3 Maybe we should make sure that to be an MP you have to have served at least two terms as a councillor? It would ensure more local MPs
