I rarely watch it nowadays tbh, it appears to have become too influenced by Tory bullies. Same for Today and pm. Shame. Hopefully when these parasites have gone BBC news can become a bit more balanced again.

I note you don’t mention that the BBC used quotation marks, because they were quoting the Guardian, not because it was their own choice of headline. It was in a page talking about media reaction. Fuss over nothing from someone who want to demonise anything which isn’t remotely right wing, as is evident with your comments against anything which doesn’t see this as being some great news for the economy.
Meanwhile, the pound plummets and adherents have nothing to back up their opinions. Just that anyone criticising must be some evil lefty. Such is the vacuum of their argument.

I think they are worried about the noises the Tories have been making about the licence fee and the future of the corporation. It’s yet another attempt to silence criticism, no matter how objective.
