Has anyone claimed responsibility yet for the funniest thing to happen at Glanford Park since the goose?
October 18, 2021 at 3:35 pm #215940Many might suggest Peter Swann.

October 18, 2021 at 7:26 pm #215967Seems to have attracted the attention of a journalist Gregor Townsend.
Done a piece for THE TIMES about the demise of a once proud little club renowned for battling the odds and now heading for non-league obscurity.
I bet MR SWANN is really pleased !!

October 18, 2021 at 7:37 pm #215971On talksport tonight too.
A great stunt by those who pulled it off; Bringing the focus of the media onto the club and the way it’s being ran.

October 18, 2021 at 8:12 pm #215977Whoever organised and carried out the locking of the stadium VERY WELL DONE as this is what’s needed, media attention. Keep up the good work!

Well done the fans, as for the amateurs with the bolt croppers, round my way that lock would have lasted all of two seconds if that!
October 19, 2021 at 10:30 am #215999We obviously needed some experts from the north bank TW!
Using the tractor definitely helped the protest, made for a much more shareable image.

October 19, 2021 at 1:39 pm #216010It would have been better if the tractor had ripped the gates from their hinges, hey ho. 😜

October 20, 2021 at 10:33 am #216107This protest made the national press and brought our present plight to the Attention of the media which is what’s needed to show the SWANNS for what they really are. More protests are needed like this whether inside or outside the ground but it would be good to let the media now in advance of what is happening although I assume if protests are inside the stadium the press are already there anyway and this would achieve publicity.
October 20, 2021 at 11:37 am #216120The protest should be switched from Swann to Cox. Cox at this moment in time is doing more harm than Swanny.
October 20, 2021 at 12:54 pm #216143Yes but SWANNY is the only man who can change things and sack Cox. He is using Cox as a smokescreen. These meetings with shareholders are also another smokescreen for what he is doing to our football club.
October 20, 2021 at 1:05 pm #216145The same people behind the gate locking need to sneak into the club and use a similar lock to lock Cox in a back room somewhere.
Only way to prevent him from fecking anything else up.
He is using Cox as a smokescreen
Bang on. I was thinking this was the case, while everybody is fuming Cox is still in a job the less people will be slagging off Swann.
I imagine it will be a mixture of that and him not wanting to dip into the Swann rainy day fund and pay the two idiots off. I remember the match Lillis was in charge of and that was shambolic to say the least.
