If you have any questions, please fire them over and we’ll do our best to get them answered.August 16, 2020 at 10:04 am #193404is it going to be live on Patreon Matt?
August 16, 2020 at 10:30 am #193405Good luck on getting an answer.
Even if you do they never happen.August 16, 2020 at 12:13 pm #193409Are they any further forward with seating details for a potential October start? Presumably DRE closed with home fans sat in away end?
August 16, 2020 at 12:16 pm #193410So far in your tenure you have targetted championship football, attacking football,a new stadium, and a refurbished stadium. Why have you failed?

I wouldn’t ask it such a confrontational way, because you’ll never get an answer, but I would be curious to know what he thinks are his achievements in the last 7 years, given there’s no new stadium and we’re back in League Two.
August 17, 2020 at 9:33 pm #193463As a Scunny supporter and season ticket holder, I would like to know how long can the club survive whilst losing the reported £70,000 per week, and appart from shedding a few members of the playing staff and two or three members of other staff, what is the present weekly loss, even when supporters are permitted in the stadium ??.
August 17, 2020 at 9:34 pm #193464How many seasonm tickets have been sold? and what proportion of them donated the money for the lost matches?/
August 17, 2020 at 9:49 pm #193465When will we see any builders start work on any part of the redevelopment or the apartments or is it all shelved

Topics: 11BS do you even listen to Swanns interviews when he does them? He said we were going to break even last season until COVID scuppered that plan.
As for Ferrites comment what have the majority of football clubs “achieved” over the last 7 years? I’d suspect not many have had 1 promotion and 3 play off challenges, albeit soured by 1 relegation.

Well that’s your answer then but was 20th in League Two the original objective?
To be honest, I’d be more interested in hearing about off-the-field achievements.
August 18, 2020 at 10:38 am #193484I thought the questions were for PS to answer, not UTI99.
Unless!!!

I believe UTI is on a two week break from bum licking duties, hence why he’s back on here redistributing the sh*** he has spent the last 50 weeks removing.

Now I remember why I don’t understand the role of moderator.
August 18, 2020 at 1:32 pm #193503Ah JI, where would the forum be without your strong sense of moral outrage, I will do fifty Hail Mary’s as penance. Oh sorry just remembered, not religious.
August 18, 2020 at 6:40 pm #193530Will be streaming it live for everybody tomorrow – no Patreon membership required
August 18, 2020 at 9:37 pm #193541Don’t have to be IA . Just try being decent.
August 18, 2020 at 11:03 pm #193542As he didn’t want the salary cap was it because we are way over it or have we cut our cloth to suit? And can we build a promotion capable squad with it in place?

The feason that UTI99 answered our questions is that his office is next door to Mr Swanns, and Peter was busy and UTI99 took it on himself to step in.
And no UYI99 I do not listen to all the speaches of Mr Swanns, possibly because I do not know when most of them are presented, but I thought my questions were reasonable and could produce answers from the Boss, but nice to hear from you again UTI99 you have come through difficult times and do not appear to have changed much, take care.
August 19, 2020 at 12:30 pm #193581Does the Chairman see us and a lot more teams of our size being part-time or semi-pro within the next 18 months under these very tough financial Covid times?
August 19, 2020 at 2:42 pm #193587Ask Mr Swann Why was Goode not good enough for our Team to the extent we did not even ask a fee for him yet 12 months later he has won promotion with Northampton and been sold for over a million pounds.
Who got this so wrong ?August 19, 2020 at 2:46 pm #193588we did not even ask a fee for him
We did. Know your club!
August 19, 2020 at 3:14 pm #193592“Ask Mr Swann Why was Goode not good enough for our Team”
If you’d watched him you’d’ve answered your own question.
August 19, 2020 at 4:30 pm #193596Cassidy, your post doesn’t make sense. The same goode goes to Northampton. Their manager/coaching staff have complete faith in him, play him week and in week out, he leads said team to promotion..he then goes for a reported 1 million quid + add ons to a top end championship club on a 4yr contract.
Nothing wrong with the players ability, that’s purely a complete lack of man management on our side.
You could tell he had ability. Most on here said he was rubbish and was glad to see him go.
Now look !
August 19, 2020 at 5:01 pm #193597Funny Burney, I can’t remember you saying how good he was when he was with us. Perhaps you can ask Matt to dig out all of your posts praising Goode.
I think we have another case of 20/20 hindsight here, IL82 seems similarly afflicted.
I of course posted many times on here praising CG and demanding patience from the fans but howled down by other posters (and if you believe that…)August 19, 2020 at 5:14 pm #193598OK WG I’ll try and explain. I watched him play for The Iron and didn’t think he was good enough. IMO he was L2 at best but I accept he could have improved and you’ve obviously seen that at Northampton. I’m basing my opinion in what I saw in our shirt.
As forgotten says, hindsight is a wonderful thing.August 19, 2020 at 6:20 pm #193601In the podcast Charlie admitted he had made some bad mistakes in crucial games.
Unfortunately that’s what people remember. Let’s not forget that last August we we’re welcoming back Andy Butler to shore up the defence.
Hindsight indeed!
August 19, 2020 at 8:57 pm #193604Funny Burney, I can’t remember you saying how good he was when he was with us
This isn’t even about me, it’s about the club mismanaging another player to let another team profit.
If you’re convinced you’re right and I’m lying, you could always search yourself.
Nothing to do with hindsight regarding Goode…he was clearly good enough but wasn’t managed correctly.
Anyway, he’s gone now. No point in keep going on about it. Hopefully the new CB will be a good player.
August 19, 2020 at 9:04 pm #193605More interestingly. We aren’t to sign another Gk and we’ve got a player who’s coming tomorrow.
August 19, 2020 at 9:09 pm #193607I do recall Burney saying Ivan Toney was no good though, and he’s now set for a 10 million move,so would never trust his player judgement.
But yeah Goode never showed any signs of potential here, his hoofball style suits Northampton though, confirmed by him charging upfield to take every throw.
