So SWANN has spent and wasted club money, he has taken the stadium and assets and transferred them to Coolsilk who now own them, he has renamed the stadium the same as his hotel, he has allowed the stadium to decline miserably, he has alienated hundreds and hundreds of supporters, I could go on and on. The future of Scunthorpe United F.C. is in his and his wife’s hands. The people who have demolished our football and league status and now he has put LT in the firing line and disappeared. Nothing has changed at all yet and don’t be surprised if it doesn’t.

If someone comes in for the club it takes time so don’t expect it happen in a couple of days, the sooner it is done the better and it will be the best outcome for everybody, it’s obvious too much damage has been done to get the missing fans on board, now we are down I hope it’s going to be a new era under a new owner and the good times are coming back to the club next season.

He has, according to companies house, resigned from being a director of coolsilk, leaving only his wife as sole director and company secretary, what’s he up to? There must be an ulterior motive, he’s got more faces than goole town clock!!

We have to have ownership of the ground because if we don’t and things start to go well again, if we’re not paying rent we will start being charged it. Oh and if we are paying rent, if the club at all start to look like they are on the up, so will be the rent !!!

I’ve just checked companies house but can’t see where Swann has resigned from Coolsilk. It says active. Where did you find that Brassy sharman.

If you are right Brassy that would mean Swann could say Coolsilk and Coolsilk alone own the ground, and it would be out of his hands.

Clubs normally have a long lease on the ground rental to protect both sides.

It’s worth noting that Swann is no longer listed a ‘person with significant control’. It looks like he transferred that to Coolsilk Property & Investment Limited on 12th April. It is also worth noting that he is a director and is listed as a ‘person with significant control’ of Coolsilk Property & Investment Limited.

So in short, he’s shuffled papers around, and if my understanding is correct, he still retains control of the club via Coolsilk Property & Investment Limited.
