The lad wasn’t ‘pushed’ onto the pitch, he jumped over the perimeter wall and was taken down to the ground to be restrained.

As for Swann it’s perfectly clear that he will sell up when someone WITH MONEY makes an offer.
He can’t sell to someone who hasn’t got funds, they wouldn’t pass the required owners test.
