Bobby and Pam agree to remarry. Their happiness is cut short when Katherine Wentworth tries to run down Pam with her car. Bobby pushes her out of the way, getting hit by the car, and suffering fatal injuries.

In the final seconds of the episode, Pam Ewing hears running water in the bathroom and goes to investigate… in the shower, none other than:
“Good Morning” – Bobby Ewing! (the shower scene).
“Patrick Duffy returns as” – the closing credits state.

Bobby Ewing is very much alive and well. Pam Ewing reveals her nightmare and the whole of Season 9 is null and void.

I spent a full day searching in Wickes, B&Q, Victorian Plumbing, Screwfix et al yesterday, searching for one of those “Dream Showers”.
