I thought it wasn’t wise to hire Sue Gray, but this Tory investigation has been a shambles. They are desperate for Labour to be seen as crooked as them, but can’t find anything.
Like ‘currygate’ another total waste of time after much droning by the client journalists and attempts at both sidesing with the Tory scandals.
They like to go on about so called witch hunts, yet are determined to persecute Ms Gray who was chosen to lead the partygate enquiry because she was widely regarded as the most capable and trusted civil servant.
Johnson is a proven liar, broke the law and misled parliament. He is free to earn millions and sponge of his cronies, whilst not doing his job as an MP.
Ms Gray uncovered the truth. She is not free to move on to a new job and is the subject of a wholly unfounded character assassination.
One should be in jail and the other allowed to continue working!!
I am not sure about gaol, but the issue is that Johnson misled parliament and disobeyed rules. This is just desperate flailing to hurl mud at the other side for Dan Hodges and co to claim that they’re all at it, and hope that the public forget their issues.
I think if the police did its job and investigated corruption by this Government they would find evidence that would land several Tory MPs in jail.

You’re talking about the Met here.
Yes.
It’s pretty clear that Keith wasn’t talking to her about it too early,he’d have changed his mind and not given her the job if the wind changed
