first time I have streamed one of our games, straight before kick off the picture went off with a wurling circle for 15 minutes, I then had to reset the password and get a new authorisation code, rest of the first half was OK, but has soon as Watson’s trip towards the halfway line which led to the second goal it went off again just to keep coming back on for a few seconds, I did manage to get the last 15 minutes on my Tablet after a few attempts and another bleeding code, did anyone else have issues.

is iFollow as bad, if so that is my streaming our matches over with, and before anyone says anything I have EE high speed fibre broadband.

Had a similarly frustrating experience Mick. I think I actually got to watch about 30 minutes made up of brief snippets.

iFollow drops out occasionally but is rock solid compared to last night’s experience. On a positive note we only lost 1-0 in the parts of the game that I was able to watch. Have requested a refund of my fiver.

That’s why I didn’t bother I suspected it would be a poor attempt.

iFollow is much better. Only usually sound issues there you sometimes get no commentary or Hull commentary for a while

I saw 2 goals, the second and last, but was looking forward to watching it, and to make matters worse, Lincoln isn’t a lot further away from me than Scunthorpe.

Wasn’t just you Mick, going by Twitter it affected everyone. Mine kept dropping out every minute or so, tried three different browsers…all this whilst simultaneously watching the Rugby on BT Sport in HD without a single glitch!

Absolute shambles on Lincoln’s part, it was them providing the stream.

I didn’t bother in the end and glad I didn’t. Ifollow is much better Mick. Ask for a refund. It’s only fair.

    to me

    Hello,

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

We are aware that many people experienced connection problems for last nights event, from our side this was caused by a datacenter that unfortunately was out of our control, that said we understand your frustration and for those who experienced problems with the connection we are offering a full refund.”

at least that is something. hopefully the same to MK Iron and Big Left Toe and anyone else.

Just received the same refund email as Mick. Fair play to them. Agreed the problem and refund without argument.

Ok, looks like it’s a tenner a match. Yeah, great deal with the EFL that is. NOT. Premiership passes are available for less. It’s good that they’re available for streaming but £10 a match is too steep given the current situation with Covid and financial concerns. Feels like non premiership fans being ripped off again.

I just tried to book a ticket for an Ifollow place, but it comes back S “YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS NOT RECONISED”, so it looks as though it will be a listening job on Humberside.

Bartonscorpian have you registered for iFollow, if not that will be why they don’t recognise your email address, also you need to be registered to watch the league games If you are a season ticket holder.
