Stadium, land and mortgage still owned by Mr S through Coolsilk?
Interesting …..
I don’t think it has been updated at all in the last year. I hope I’m right this time.
So basically vwe are looking at last year’s figures, moving on.
Still no clarification on the status of the stadium and land, we know it was included in the sale but where did it end up?
Everyone was up in arms when it went over to Coolsilk.
Isn’t that 9 months old
Thought Mr Hilton said he had bought the lot ?

Coolsilk still owns it.
Probably hasn’t been updated yet, it’s only 3 weeks
….and this is how bullshit starts spreading 🙄
Why is the club not being possibly honest with the fans???
Im told by a biz colleague who retired from said UK department that can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks after a sale to be updated depending on the circumstances.
Hilton says Peter Swann still owns the land and stadium until the deal is complete. He did say it should be completed imminently and potentially within the next few weeks.
Until such a time the deal is done, I won’t be investing and I’m out!
Remembering your comments over many years Mick,I doubt you will be investing, whatever.
Given how many in the public sector are “working” from home I’d be surprised if this is updated within the next 12 months, quite frankly.
If it’s not miserable and stressful it’s not a proper job. You tell ’em!

What’s this got to do with football? Save your Rees-Mogg lecture for non-football.
My daughter and daughter in law both work from home.
Are you dissing my girls?
