Probably the best one yet from Turnbull. Like the positivity and honesty.

States we are close to 1500 season ticket sold. Not a bad effort considering the boycotts. If a takeover can be completed before the start of the season we should be able to shifts over 2k

Sounds more promising. Can’t make it tomorrow but I’ll be interested to hear how much Time and Plaices food costs and what you get for your money.

Any newfound optimism will only be sustained if we do well on the pitch, and for that I am not hopeful.

Good statement, to the point and positive as well as open and transparent.

    He’s clearly making a difference

Add Butterfield, a winger and two decent strikers and I’ll be pretty pleased…. Maybe even a little excited

Yeah. Even if that were to allow us to hit the dizzy heights of mediocrity – it’d be such a giant leap from our recent, doleful campaigns.

We’re looking for ice-cream sellers,Duh you’ve got Angelo’s doing pizza’s on Tues why not ask them to bring some ice cream vans as well, there more known for ice creams than pizza’s. Not optimistic if he can’t ask an Italian do you know anyone who sells ice-cream.

They got bought out by a firm from east Yorkshire I believe quite a few years back but I don’t know if the orig name exists anymore. What about Blyton ice cream, best in the area for me, always packed out in a summer, I’m sure they could come up with something if asked.

A lot of “our” club was repeated in the statement…sorry Lee but it ain’t “our” club until ol’ Swanny has packed his bags and gone!

Not sure. Hope Swann is near to pissing off though. I hope to god that’s why he’s feeling the need to come out and speak because anything other than that, people just don’t want to hear from him.

Probably means he will be on the carpet Monday morning for not calling it the SVS.

It isn’t SVS anymore – all the signage has gone.

If they are still going I know the recipe isn’t what you knew.

But I do know where it is, it is with the family – trust me.

One of the desired ‘two strikers’ seems to have already arrived.

One of the desired ‘two strikers’ seems to have already arrived.

Fair to Daniel he looked natural up there and he’s fairly clever. One more striker then to go with him and Nuttall. If Lewis is seen as more of a LB then we need a left sided attacker signed up.

Gallimore looked really good at RB as well. I prefer him in CM but we already have a fair few and if we sign Butterfield we may as well mould him into a RB I was against Gallimore there but I think he’ll be a lot more solid there than Pugh was.
