Staffy’s Funeral

Looked on the crematorium website, Staffy’s funeral is a week today at 10:40am.

Hope there’s a good turnout for a very high profile Iron legend.

Would have gone but on holiday. Is they doing a drive by at the ground? Would appreciate photos, videos and a general run down of the day, if anyone goes please.

The club announced that John will leave the Attis Arena for the last time at 10.20am on Monday 10th of June. Followed by the family returning to the ground for the wake after the service.

Very good turnout and lovely service. John jr and Robert did so well with their words, full respect to them. Also nice words from Lee Turnbull on behalf of the club. A fitting send off. RIP Staffy !

Well said f row, all the fan royalty of SUFC were there including the Iron Trust, Winterton Iron and the Official Supporters Club.

Great turn out from the club including Russ Wilcox, Brian Laws, Cliff Bryne, Lee Turnbull, Steve Davy and Rick Green.

Quite humbling really a good send off for a good man.
