I’m on Holiday, shame would have gone to that.
Watching any of Hilton’s Heroes in action would be fun.Won’t be a Hilton hero in sight mate, isn’t his main fan still in jail?

Perhaps he’s not a t*** with his money like some others are, anyway it’s his business where he eats and his business if he wants to report his findings on social media. TBH it’s not a big deal to most people.

As someone famously said in the Monty Python sketch about being offered a Gannet Ripple in the cinema kiosk, ” do you get wafers with it “?

October 9, 2024 at 4:02 pm #291811Nice to see Stu’s latest instalment of dinner at The Attis, fish Friday is back and the club are that hard up there going to be serving it up in newspaper.
He’s really doing the club no favors showing is apple crumble off with slices of custard, I kid you not.
Joking apart fish and chips always tasted better eating out of newspaper, always used to take all our newspapers for my mum to a chippie on Bellingham road and this generation think they invented recycling.October 9, 2024 at 4:43 pm #291814Not half bad that chippie back in the day.

According to the web they haven’t been produced since 2010, wonder what took them so long to realise lol.

October 16, 2024 at 3:53 pm #292010Ground tours a tenner a pop per adult, fiver for anyone under 18, get them cash registers ringing.
October 16, 2024 at 4:21 pm #292013Great idea but Why the exclusivity bit.
Only open to 40 people in total so hardly going to get them tills ringing. The kids are off all week open it up a bit more.October 16, 2024 at 4:42 pm #292016Good idea, I did the Porto tour just recently £15 with museum and ground tour, museum was amazing and the tour of the stadium sitting in Presidents box, and the manager dugout, chance for picture with Champions League/Europa League trophy. Scunny could do similar, just swap out CL for Lincolnshire Cup,

Which port house tasting was the best in Gaia?October 16, 2024 at 6:12 pm #292023Great idea but Why the exclusivity bit.
Only open to 40 people in total so hardly going to get them tills ringing. The kids are off all week open it up a bit more.Perhaps to do with a manageable amount of people who the tour guides can take round and narrate to. Speaking from experience (not the Attis) 10-12 is often a decent limit. There may already be 2-3 groups to take round in one evening.
October 16, 2024 at 6:17 pm #292024Seen the post now. 2 groups of 20 in one afternoon. I dunno, maybe something to do with Glynn having plenty of other stuff to do apart from being a tour guide? Whatever they did you’d be critical anyway awaywego.
October 16, 2024 at 7:17 pm #292026Like I said the kids are off all week, and like you say you donno your only speculating, is Glynn the only one in the building capable of doing a tour.
My post was praising and constructive and only asked a fair question on why the exclusivity which they are selling it as.October 16, 2024 at 7:59 pm #292029You’re usually being critical of club operations. Think it may be why I read it that way.
