Iron Bru › Forums › Blast Furnace › Silence from the Lambs on Chris Wreh
Hi there friends, long time no speak.
Can’t believe you boys are still struggling to get out of that league!
Anyway, give Chris Wreh a big hug from Tamworth supporters.
A brief potted history of what happened. Wreh received vile racial abuse on social media after our game against Tottenham in the FA Cup from an idiot not associated with the club.
Tamworth FC, otherwise known as the Kremlin, tried to sweep the matter under the carpet which rightly annoyed Chris.
He then issued a statement criticising the club and refused to play in a Birmingham Senior Cup tie. The club then issued a bland, belated statement of their own saying the matter was under police investigation. That was about five weeks ago and since then Chris hasn’t played and we’ve heard nothing more because our club treats us, their paying customers, with total disdain.
I hope you have a journalist up there who will ask Chris some relevant questions about his inactivity during the last month though I doubt he will spill the beans as I suspect Tamworth will have placed a gagging order on him.
I hope he scores some goals for you and then maybe we can reignite our rivalry next season. He will get a stunning goal out of nothing but might not be as prolific as you hope.

Wistless Wreh & Banjo Beck?
I ain’t filled with confidence.
Any news on Whitehall?

Have no fear FL, if he scores one more than Beck he’ll be a cult hero
