What do you think would change if Swann left?
If Swann left tomorrow, we stayed up, but found ourself towards the bottom of the league within the next couple of season would you want another new owner?
Do you accept the English football pyramid or do you want relegation from the EFL scrapping?
The Club would have no ground.
No.
Yes.
See how easy answering questions is, why do you never bother?
Now you’re just talking soft.
1. If Swann left?
MIGHT get the supporters back to feeling wanted, not just tolerated.
MIGHT get someone with the best interests of the club, not himself, at heart.
MIGHT get someone willing to listen, who doesn’t think he knows it all.
2. No.
3. Stupid question.
How about you give over trying to spin everything and admit Swann’s shite?
It’s not just that we’re crap, it’s that we have got no hope. As fans we want to have some belief that things can change for the good, but can you really tell us (with a straight face) that we have reason for belief?
Of course we should go down if we finish bottom, no-one objects to the football pyramid system. We fear what the future holds. A team which plummets from the League One playoffs to relegation from the league itself is not the sign of a club who happens to have had an off season, but one with systemic problems.
C’mon uptheiron answer this question with an honest answer. Your always good at asking questions. How many seasons do you CLAIM to have been a supporter of Scunthorpe United FC. I bet you landed with the SWANNS.
Approx 40 seasons. Plenty of ups, plenty of downs.
That’s football, nothing is a given.
Remember when we were down in this position in 2004? There was nothing like the same degree of discontent or unrest among the supporters.
I don’t really care about which division we play in, like you say there are ups & downs and it’s all part of the ride. What I care about is the completely broken situation we have at the club now.
