Season ticket farce!!!

After much deliberation over the past few weeks, I called the club today to renew my season pass. The promise of first refusal on tickets just about swung it for me, but in reality even if we open with a vastly reduced capacity, I can’t see too many people missing out. I was shocked to be told they couldn’t sort it today and somebody from the ticket office would call me later in the week! Come on SUFC FFS. I appreciate it’s difficult with staff on furlough etc but do you want my money or not?

I tried online on Saturday but where I sit all the rows are greyed out like they are when you try to get Cup tickets.

Misterton Mick. I had the same problem then realised I was booking for one game. You need to go to season ticket sales.

I did and followed the instructions, I got a reply back after asking them on twitter and they told me to email them, haven’t done it yet.

Phoned office told I would get a call back in 2/3 days. Rob called me back, asked me which offer did I want, told him did not want to reclaim for the unplayed games of the season. Paid by direct debit card.

Job done. Found it very easy.

Thats the seating plan for the end of last season Mick, this years seat sales have not been updated as yet mate.

So though they tell you to do it online you can’t because it isn’t up to date, it’s though they haven’t had time.

Renewed my season ticket, online, on 9th July, no problems.
You have to sign into your account, possibly more than once, select your seat (if you’re seated), it should appear available for you.
The site defaults to sending your ticket, for an extra cost, or you can opt to pick up from the office. I don’t know why you can’t use your old card.

What’s the crack with the terrace? I can’t imagine that will be opening in the early post-Covid stages, are they selling season tickets for that part of the ground?

Mick,,, Just send them an e-mail mate telling them to call you so you can renew your season ticket, I am sure that they will be pleased to assist you in doing so.

I also renewed and was told someone would ring within 48hours, rob rang back the same Day so I can’t complain either.

Pay on the gate/ buy ticket on the day for me.

I’ll be no worse off and most likely better off.

At least I can see what’s likely to happen on pitch, performance wise before committing, sick of watching crap for last two years.
