With this match scheduled for the first week of September, is there any pointer as to the question of supporters being in attendance ???
No!
Yes. The government are looking at these cup games as being test events for crowds to return.Maybe we could also go to friendlys at the likes of winterton and Brigg now they have the all clear to let fans return at lower levels.
Playing teams that aren’t pro would make you wonder if they have been adequately tested for Covid.
At the professional level – that’s surely a given.
Players or supporters Les?

Given the cost of testing was one of the reasons given for shutting down last season, what’s the situation for the coming season? How is this going to work?
Supporters can be sheep-dogged around, NI. 500 per stand might work to test out whether you could safely take a few more.
Players will have bodily contact which is rather more critical.
200 per stand should be more than enough.

It’s the “excuse me, scuse me!” brigade that squeeze past you after twenty minutes, because they need the bog after having quaffed three pints pre-match, that concerns me. Those and the ones who head off for their pie and Bovril ten minutes before half time.
Think I’d prefer to stand when we’re allowed back in. At least you can move out of the way if you’re not comfortable with the lack of distancing.
Something we will have to put up with NI am afraid, I would rather stand anyway, at least they appear to be sensible allowing groups of 6 to sit or stand together, Gainsborough said it won’t cause them a problem they have more than enough capacity. Iam sure we would be the same.
