I don’t envy anyone inspecting Maw’s electronic devices.

January 21, 2025 at 1:45 pm #297653It is also worth noting that I have software that can be used to recover deleted data such as photos and videos too. I can always scan his devices for anything the hacker may have deleted and, recover the images etc.
January 21, 2025 at 1:50 pm #297656As I stated earlier, he wasn’t hacked!
He has already confessed to someone that works at the club that he was responsible for his “picture” requests on X.
That is why he temporarily deleted his social media accounts and went into hiding until he could think of an excuse.January 30, 2025 at 5:45 pm #298210Notice the SUOSC flag still up in the away end, thought it was defunct now?
January 30, 2025 at 5:59 pm #298212Last three home games Trust Corner has had it’s usual following of people stopping, chatting in general and asking questions. Five yards further up and leaning against the DRE wall completely on his own, Jerry, not many Unity takers or question asker’s there.
January 31, 2025 at 6:12 pm #298296Out of the four people involved thus far with this group, three are complete and utter diddly-donks and the other a complete ####.
You decide!
February 7, 2025 at 2:26 pm #298515Launch tonight at the Attis, 7pm tonight. Surprised Earl’s not been on posting for Jerry. What do you mean you’re washing your hair?

February 8, 2025 at 9:30 pm #298592Was the Meeting well attended last night to set up the Group ?

Was the Meeting well attended last night to set up the Group ?
Indeed twood settle my inquisitive nature knowing if it was well attended or a total non event only for the reason im intrigued to know if many chose this over the Iron Trust or along with the IT.
No updates from the 3 musketeers ..maybe Stu still in the cupboard 55555555
February 9, 2025 at 6:26 pm #298638I believe they just managed double figures including the committee and two from sufc who couldn’t wait for it to end to get locked up

February 9, 2025 at 6:51 pm #298639If those numbers are accurate Mick then that should be enough to tell them the idea is dead in the water, we have the Trust, that’s all we need because it keeps the focal point on just the club with no other distractions, we don’t need break off faction groups.

February 9, 2025 at 8:16 pm #298644Them or Stuart?
It looks like Stuart’s statement in Earle’s name. It’s hard to readFebruary 9, 2025 at 9:00 pm #298645There’s an update from them on the Facebook Group.
Would you mind screenshotting and posting in here ?
February 9, 2025 at 10:36 pm #298648Most of the posts on the Unity Fundraising Group on Scunny Fans Facebook site are all Stuart Maw.
He’s back !February 9, 2025 at 10:41 pm #298650Earl’s Text copy and pasted Cliff:
This is a rough draft of a statement I will put out on behalf of the Unity group! Why is the group being set up now? Since the 23/24 season many of you will be aware of the fundraising I have been doing for Scunthorpe United! Football cards, Auctions, quiz etc! This has raised £17.894.72 ! So for last four months myself and others have formed the Unity group as it became to big for one person! Now we will be a proper elected committee by members of that group! The cost to join and be part of this venture is £10 for as long as the group exists! All money will be used in numerous ways to get funding into the club! Money will be used for sponsorship of players, games etc! Also we will expand on the tickets for families Where we purchase tickets for games from the club and allocate them to less well off families! Also blue light card games for families in our NHS or emergency services or military families! Hopefully helping to increase the club fan base! We will put huge emphasis on promoting our club to local youngsters by putting on parties at Christmas,Easter, Halloween so kids have a positive view of Scunthorpe United! We will work with the club and other supporters groups to achieve our objectives! We have applied for a small gaming licence and will have a bank account! Proper audits on our account every year! We urge all our members not to attack or abuse members of any other supporters groups! Our aims are simple! Help fund the club and try to increase the fan base! Thank you Stuart Maw.
This is a statement shared on behalf of Stuart Maw. A tremendous effort, driven by one individual in around 12 months. Stuart has sensibly decided that it was too much for one person, thus resulting in the forming of the Scunthorpe United Unity Group. Every penny raised by ourselves, will go back to the football club. If one person can raise nearly £18,000 in a year, what could a group of like minded people raise together? #UTI
February 9, 2025 at 11:18 pm #298653Maw should give the £18000 raised to the Iron Trust to buy shares in the club, people then know the money is properly supporting the club through it’s fanbase. If the kids want a Halloween or Christmas party their parents can provide the money, Jerry can dress up as Santa and Maw would make an excellent Frankenstein on Halloween night.
February 10, 2025 at 2:35 am #298656Them or Stuart?
It looks like Stuart’s statement in Earle’s name. It’s hard to readThats true ..just had a go and you can find an easier read on the back of a bog door in Brit corner ablutions. (if they are still there)
Just Mr Maw as EP blowing smoke up his own arse.Maw should give the £18000 raised to the Iron Trust to buy shares in the club, people then know the money is properly supporting the club through it’s fanbase. Your on fire IA, did you get a new joke book for Christmas ??Totally agree the numbers dont lie and with such a piss poor turn out it must be pretty clear this unity group isnt necessary and wont work.
Many “normal” fans .. the free thinking unbrain washed Maw diciples appeared unhappy with regard to how any funds were spent as in the past this included away travel subsidies parties and sponsoring things which i guess many including me didnt realize when donating or joining in Maws numerous fund raising schemes. left a bad taste perhaps hence little interest in the new Unity idea.
Credit where its due to ALL for raising the 18k maybe best the 3 amigos to now call it a day and totally re think the unity plan…ie scrap it.

February 10, 2025 at 9:32 am #298665If Maw, Priestley and co had any real unity plans to support the Iron they would get behind the Iron Trust and funnel any fund raising through them, that’s where the real unity is being formed IMO in terms of members and shares in the club.

No-one seems to have asked: What would actually stop the Unity group buying 18K worth of shares in their own name? Wouldn’t doing this rocket them to the Top Of The Pops in terms of fan groups, a position from which they could annihilate Matt Ellis and crush the Trust to dust?
18K of shares would definitely be the best smartest use of that money in my opinion, but it would be best if they did it through the Trust. The legals and infrastructure are already in place and a bunch of credible people are aboard. However, it’s absolutely the Unity’s right to set up if they want to – and the 18K ‘belongs’ to no-one else, so they can invest it in the club however they see fit.
Maybe they could use it to buy up all of the absolute design-nightmare tat merchandise in the club shop and put it in a landfill – perhaps on some land they acquire on a site off Warren Rd? This would clear the decks at the club for some aesthetically decent stuff to emerge, for which eyes would be truly thankful and they’d be deemed heroes.
February 10, 2025 at 10:06 am #298670I know someone who’s selling the only copy of an etch a sketch design for a new stadium on Warren Road for 18k if they’re interested.

Doesn’t seem a lot of enthusiasm for it on SUFG or social media in general.
As someone who follows Hilton’s former heroes notice one stuck his head above the parapet!

This would be, surely, the point at which you’d just sack it off and give the 18K to the Trust on the condition that they use it to approach Michelle and buy shares. Perhaps they could even get some sort of special recognition from the Trust for doing so. Honorary Bucket Rattler status or something?
February 10, 2025 at 12:10 pm #298679Did some of that £18.000 go on Xmas Party and subsidising Away Travel ?
What was the amount actually given to the Club ?
The Trust are very open about how many members they have. I wonder what the current membership of Unity is ?February 10, 2025 at 12:29 pm #298682i may be mistaken but arent / weret the winnings from fundraising football cards and auctions paid out as vouchers for the club shop ?? .. if so not all would be going to the club as a percentage has to be taken off to pay suppliers like Kelme etc..surely it would be better to hand 100% of funds raised to the club directly.

Or, better still, to the Trust to buy shares – thereby ensuring money to the club and (some) actual power to the hands of supporters.
February 10, 2025 at 1:31 pm #298685I concur. My initial thought was ‘wow, £18k of shares would have been decent’.
