I think they’re quite dangerous opposition, certainly better than their league position suggests (they’ve been on the wrong end of quite a few tight games). They don’t travel particularly well though and they’ve been crippled with injuries. For me, Harry Green is the danger man and they’ve just signed a striker (Stephen Walker) who’d been scoring freely at his previous club. I’ll go 3-1 home win, crowd 4,050.

Got has much optimism going into this game as I did going to the away fixture, the only thing this time is we do have a forward in the team, whether after the game we’ll be saying we need to go sign another forward (loanee) time will tell.

Some confusion in Butler interviews as to Boycies bookings total. Could be 9 or Could be 10. Could be playing today. If not then Evans steps in.

Whitehall injury will be subject to scan which doesn’t happen until any swelling has gone.

I doubt Starbucks will be called on until Rose gets injured or recalled by Peterborough.

Carlton might step up to the bench given Beck will start.

Same squad as Tuesday apart from Beck replacing Whitehall and Carlton taking Becks bench seat. If Boyce is suspended then Evans off the bench which means Starbucks might get a seat.

I think Butler said that Boycie’s suspension doesn’t start until after today.
If Beck doesn’t start when Whitehall is unavailable then questions will rightly be asked about his signing. Having said that a front 3 of Roberts, Beestin & Fadera might work.

Enjoyable game though boro were poor.

Personally thought it was Becks best game since the rylands game had a few good knock downs especially the one to Beestin in the first minute.
Don’t think it would have counted anyway ref ended up giving them a free kick outside the box on the left, any ideas why anybody?
Great to see Carlton finally get off the mark, all in all it’s another 3 points onwards and upwards.
